Disappointing service and communication…read more Ordered a corsage and boutonniere from the Herndon and Clovis location for May 2nd on April 21; paid in cash ($49.07). Went back in that Thursday to cancel my order (April 23rd). The worker called the main location and said that they could not take cash out from the cash drawer and would call me when they had the cash. Waited a whole week and no phone call. On April 30th (Thursday), I go back to the Clovis and Herndon location asking for my refund since prom is nearing and I didn't want any miscommunication to occur. They denied the refund reiterating that they could not give us cash from the cash drawer OR refund us via card. Was told to go to the main location if I wanted my money back. Drove 20 minutes to the main location just to get scolded by the owner/manager telling me that I should've gotten the money from the Herndon and Clovis location. I explained the situation to them, yet was still blamed for not receiving the money at the Herndon and Clovis location. Overall, would not go back. The cancellation was easy but the money refund was a difficult process. The manager at the main location was hard to deal with; I received an earful for instructions given to me by their second location. The communication among the manager and the second location worker was all over the place and there really is no way out. If you go, either pay with card or don't go.

The flowers were extremely fresh compared to the other floral arrangements my sister got for this event, I think they will last a long time. I asked for a picture from the store and they didn't disappoint. The price is a little expensive for the amount of flowers compared to other places but the quality of the flowers made up for that. On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(
