I (unlike the shop owner and the 'groomer') have no reason to lie. The pictures show only the visible part of the damage. The permanent damage to his trachea, his knee and front leg/shoulder cannot be seen except on X-rays. The emotional damage and PTSD is an everyday thing and I'm still working at a snails pace, gentling him back into grooming. He doesn't shake as much as he did at first but it's still awful for him. These people are monsters, and the 'groomer', Cassidy...I don't know this person, never met her before, but I do know that she has absolutely no business dealing with animals. Shame on you people! Dropped off my Pom for basic grooming with Cassidy. Instead of a well groomed fluffy happy Pomeranian, I picked up a very quiet little Pom with The entire bottom half of guard hairs cut off, you can see his skin through the undercoat that is left. He was abused in a manner that caused his trachea to partially collapse with improper use of the grooming loop. Cassidy caused his front right leg to no longer have full range of motion, and a luxating patella (his right rear leg), repaired with no issues for ten years, is knocked out of place as a result of the 'grooming' he received from Cassidy. The owner was rude, accused me of lying. Cassidy lied. Another employee there lied. Owner was physically very threatening, approaching me quickly several times stopping inches from my face, so close his spit got on my face as he yelled at me. Of that's the sort of thing you are looking for, you're going to absolutely LOVE this place!

They are the first groomer that hasn't hurt my pup while grooming him, he came back to me so happy and crazy just like when I dropped him off. The prices were incredible for the service. Normally it costs well over $100 for a doodle grooming, but I paid around $65 for the grooming (bath, trim, nails), it was more with a tip of course but they were wonderful so absolutely deserved! My boyfriend called to schedule the appointment for 3/18/25 but when he called to confirm the appointment on the same day but hours earlier than the appointment, he was told that there was no appointment and that Gina had no idea what he was talking about, she claimed to not even remember my dog or have his name on their records. She said they switched from a computer system to whatever they have now, which would be fine if they transferred over all the information correctly. She did offer to rebook us for this past Saturday but when we called on Thursday and Friday to confirm the booking, she wouldn't even answer the phone. For two days. Friday, we called and scheduled an appointment with another groomer because we're tired of getting the run around from this lady, and needless to say but we didn't come in for our appointment on Saturday because of her lack of response and her failure to call us to confirm our appointment as well. We received no phone call, no text and no email asking us to confirm but we wanted to call to make sure nothing happened with both our appointments. Our dog is 2 years old but we've had him since last July and the previous owners had gotten him groomed before coming to us so we're still figuring out the ropes with how long to plan out his grooming appointments but for us, this company and groomer just made everything more difficult than it should've been.

They have the opportunity to stay inside or go outside when the weather is nice. The facility they have is very nice on the inside and right off of 71/75. They keep the place spotless and well maintained at all times.
