I visit at least once a week so my little man can visit all his friends (aka the employees). They always greet us and ensure we have help with our needs. They never point to an aisle instead they take you to the product and advise with their opinions. They are never pushy or preoccupied. If one of the products I routinely purchase is on sale they make sure I'm aware of it. They have lots of fun events on the weekends and collect donations for the babies still looking for their forever homes. At the end of our visit they always provide a special snack for my baby. He's super picky and the staff always makes sure his favorite treats are available. If I was an executive I would visit this store to see how a business should be run. The financing they offer is fair. The price of the puppies are very reasonable compared to Petland but still not as low as getting a pup from a local breeder.
