We received weekly tips on how to practice what we all learned, and the training process moved at an appropriate pace for the development of our dog. When we hit a little snag in leash training, Lauren came up with several ideas to differentiate the way that we trained Andi on a leash. While she told us that these new ideas would not be "magic," one solution clicked instantly with Andi and she was a new dog on a leash. We had her come over for $100, and it turned out to be a nightmare. She came when my puppy woke up--instead of letting me take the puppy to potty, she insisted playing with him until he peed/pooped at the wrong spot. Then she stopped me to pick up the poo, put a treat right next to his poo, and our puppy for the FIRST time ate a piece of poo, because the treat was placed right next to it. Words can't describe how bad the whole 20-minute session was. Her attitude was unprofessional and very condescending, treating us as if we are ignorant people. She kept saying "poor puppy" as if we are abusing him. The worst of the worst: when I cleaned the mess, she said to me "good job"--who does that? My husband and I were utterly shocked. Before she left, she insisted putting a dirty empty water bottle in the playpen to let the puppy chew, while our puppy has various good quality dog toys. We love our puppy dearly, which is exactly why we've been trying different configurations of his playpen and wanted to start training early. But it's the biggest mistake to have used this service. Our five star review previously given on 10/14/2025 was for Priscilla. Obviously I do not know of the circumstances but she was the reason we went here. We completed two sessions of training with Priscilla for our new puppy. We were about to sign up for our third session when we learned of Priscilla's departure. Needless to say we did not subscribe to the third session nor will we ever shop in the store as well as encouraging our friends and family to do likewise. If PetSmart treats long time associates in the manner in which they treated Priscilla; then we will spend our money with companies who show compassion towards associates and the animals in which they serve. ---------------------------------- We just finished puppy and intermediate training with our Australian Shepherd puppy Ruby at PetSmart on Victory and cannot recommend these programs enough. We've gone through training with two of our other dogs but since Ruby is our first puppy, we wanted to make sure we knew what we should and should not do. Priscilla came recommended from neighbors and friends and they were correct. She is patient with all the puppies and humans. More importantly, she is firm but fair. We are excited to continue with additional classes in the new year to ensure we have a happy but well mannered Aussie that we can take anywhere.

With us, he eventually bonded but not with our adult children. We, through the rescue, reached out to Emily Beddard. She had him for 3 months. During that time, my husband decided he wanted to keep him and just manage the behavior. When the dog was 'ready', Emily contacted us and we drove down to pick him up. He is a changed dog - no longer immediately aggressive, still requires an introduction but has accepted everyone we have introduced, and is a total lovebug with them. The big test was over the holidays and he passed with flying colors. I credit Emily and her team as they provided him with training, but just as importantly heavy socialization and an opportunity to feel safe. When we picked him up, you could see how they loved him. They were also terrific about periodically sending pictures - I could see how happy he was in their care. He continues to be a happy, relaxed dog and we have maintained the introduction protocol that Emily taught us.

There are multiple areas for the dogs to run around and play. Jackie (the owner) is great! She really gets to know the dog's individual personality, which has been really hard to find. We boarded our dog, Bella, for 6 days. When we picked her up, I could tell that Jackie took the time to bond with Bella. As we left, Bella cried. Jackie knows each dog so well, she knows what activities suit them the best, whether they need to be inside or out, and if they should play with other dogs or just hang out with her inside. I know when I board our dog, I worry that Bella won't feel loved or cared about, but I absolutely do not have that worry with Jackie. When Bella came home, she smelled great and she was so exhausted! I know she had a great time! I normally don't write reviews but I know how frustrating and time consuming finding a great boarding facility is. This will be the only place I go from now on!!!!

I found this spot through a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so glad I did! My previous…read moregroomer was fine, but they were terrible at following up with appointments until the last minute, which made it hard to plan my schedule or budget properly. My friend shared their website with me to book my first appointment, but I didn't see any dates that worked for me, so I decided to reach out later. To my surprise, the salon texted me the very next day asking if I had any questions since I'd registered my pup but hadn't scheduled yet. Now that's great customer service! They were able to fit me in with a new groomer the following weekend, which was awesome. On the day of the appointment, the salon is located in a small strip mall just off DeRenne Ave. There's plenty of parking for easy drop-offs and pick-ups. The lobby is small but clean honestly, it doesn't need to be fancy; it's a dog grooming spot, after all! What I really loved was the grooming area. It's set up kind of like a mini doggie daycare no cages! The dogs are free to play with each other, which made me feel so much better about leaving my dog there. Tobi was initially hesitant, but as soon as he saw the other dogs, I basically became invisible. LOL They texted me within an hour of dropping him off, which was way quicker than I expected for a bath and cut. Plus, their prices are really reasonable. They also offer fun spa packages like fur gems, fur feathers, chalk fur painting, and even hair coloring! If you're looking to spoil your dog, they've got a birthday add-on with a birthday cake shampoo, paw cream, a photoshoot, and more. The sweetest touch was getting a "report card" text after I picked Tobi up. It included a before-and-after picture along with a note about how he did during his grooming session. Every person I've met so far, including the owners, is super friendly and genuinely loves their job and the dogs. That's so important when you're trusting someone with your furry friend. I'm really glad I found this place!
