I should've read the reviews for grooming before going . Do NOT get your dog groomed here. I booked online and got a bath and grooming appointment . They asked if I wanted my dogs teeth brushed and dremeled and I said no. It took them 5 hours to do my dog , and when I got there to pick her up my bill had an " essentials " charge - which is teeth brushing and dremel. I told them I did not ask for that and he removed the charge. THEN handed me a bill with a charge for " 15 extra minutes of brushing " and a " scissors charge ". I asked for my dog to be SHAVED - what were you brushing ? The air ? He claimed my dog was matted on her stomach - which she absolutely was not. She barely has any hair on her stomach to begin with. Then I asked what the scissors charge was for- he told me that is separate from a shave - and mansplained to me that clipping them with shavers and using scissors are two different things. I asked and PAID for my dog to be groomed- so why would a scissors fee be an extra charge ?? Why would you not just add that into the price of a GROOMING ? He gave major attitude and was an awful person to be talking to. Bob is the manager of the store and took care of Everything- he was lovely and very understanding and kind . I will never have my dog groomed there again Oh also- they didn't do her ears , so I will need to do that myself read more

Do not EVER bring your dog here for grooming if they have long hair. They absolutely butchered my dog, Nugget. He's a golden retriever and the groomer told me that they'd give me they length that they usually cut golden's to. Well, they shaved him bald. His hair is choppy and his head hair is still long and not blended at all. His knees for whatever reason still have long hair. Also, there's a chunk of hair missing from his leg! I wish I could leave a photo in this review to show you how absolutely horrible his haircut was. read more

We always get good service. They have food, product, supplies, and so my more. The staff wants to make sure you have everything you need, and nor more than you can manage. I looked at fish today and the associate turned down a sale because she wanted to make sure the fish are healthy before I put them in my tank. read more

Re: grooming. We sent a dog to be groomed with a note. The note was in cursive. The young man who was to do the grooming could not read cursive. Instead of asking someone to help him read the note or ask for clarification from the owner he just shaved the dog. This was not what we wanted. Young man- please communicate better. do not have your dog groomed here unless you want them to look bad and potentially be injured by sheer incompetence you would be better off using a flobee and giving your loving pet a home cut instead of trusting these unskilled and unqualified people touch your dog it's very bad bad read more

Whoever the sales associate is working today, he is literally rude, and unmannered. My roommate went to take our dog to Petco to get groomed because the regular groomers we use closed. We thought Petco would be a good option but we are seriously disappointed. Dropping our dog off to the groomer was great! The groomer working was so friendly and sweet. She called and said our dog was ready, so my roommate went to pick her up. She waited in the grooming area and the sales associate was rude from the get go. The groomer was busy and she just wanted her to know she was there. No rush. Just that she was there. He made very rude comments the entire time. "Well she is probably grooming YOUR dog". To which she replied "No, I got a call that my dog was ready" "Well how can she groom that dog if she's helping you" He could have simply let the groomer know and not Been a total dickhead. THEN comes time to checkout, he rudely says "so I guess that's all you'll be purchasing today" And THEN SAYS "so are you going to tip her or not". We won't be back. We will find a different place to use. It's unfortunate. The groomer was very sweet and friendly. All the groomers here are great! Our little ones always come home smelling so good. We get the everything package. Blueberry facial, deep clean, toothbrushing and ear cleaning. I would definitely recommend Brooklyn. read more

This is a pet friendly store, and they offer training, grooming, and all the supplies you will ever need for any type of pet. They have fish, birds, reptiles, all rodents and they host support groups as well. I have been a few times while they have reptile education classes, and pitbull adoption groups. I gave them 4 stars because it is a bit pricey and they don't carry the food I buy. I have pure bred German Shepards and I only feed them Victor.
