They are overpriced and have very limited options. Working with Zachery Martinez has been the worst experience I have ever had, he is the most unhelpful and least customer friendly manager I have EVER come across! I've been working with construction projects for over 20 years and I have NEVER had a cabinet order issue like this! ***SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND ENERGY, AVOID THIS LOCATION AND THE ONE IN CORTEZ, GO WITH HOME DEPOT OR DRIVE TO FARMINGTON!*** We ordered the most basic, standard box sizes, made up of mostly drawers, NOTHING CUSTOM, for a small island on OCTOBER 5th. Once they received our payment, they went radio silent, our delivery date window came and went with NO INFO from Zachery, we reached out multiple times and he was unable to give us a status update or explanation as to why the cabinets never came in. Finally, right before Christmas, he sent us pictures of our order, every cabinet was damaged, but he would deliver them if we would be willing to accept them as is. Then we could order all new cabinet doors & drawer fronts. SERIOUSLY, we should install damaged cabinets without doors or drawer fronts, how do you use a drawer without a front???? AND how long would new doors & drawer fronts take??? I won't even mention having 2 different paint tones because the replacements were not made at the same time as the cabinet boxes, or even in the same year!!! Obviously we declined to accept the damaged cabinets and requested that they send us the cabinets we ordered and paid for, which meant ordering everything again on DECEMEBER 22nd, it's now FEBRUARY 3rd, and the only information Zachery will give us is that our order is "TBD" and he just sent those same photos of the damaged cabinets to the cabinet company YESTERDAY!!! So basically, 4 MONTHS LATER, we've either overpaid for damaged cabinets that DON'T have doors or fronts OR we don't ever receive the NEW cabinets we ordered and Zachery continues to ignore our order and simply keeps our $$$??? PLUS we lose our deposit for the counter top order that was supposed to be installed last month!

I paid $21 a bag versus Home Depot's $15. The problem was that the bags they loaded had already partially turned into hardened cement. I pointed out that the bags I wanted were underneath the top pallet and were still soft. Despite my objections, the man demonstrated that by heaving one bag over and over and letting it drop on the ground, it could be brought back to soft status. When we did our cement project the next day, this cement was like working with gravel rather than powder. It was a nightmare. Half of these 92 lb bags we couldn't use at all. They were already hardened into full cement. All of this caused by greed and intentionally taking advantage of me as a female. I voiced my concern at the time and was overruled by a man who knew he was selling me bad, old, useless cement.

After sale there was no customer service ( call backs ) or follow up with any issues. Below is the sequence of my transaction with SoCo. I went into SoCo and first discussed my windows in Nov 2023. Went back in Dec. 2023 and spent about an hour reviewing all options and openings on doors (patio sliders) and talked extensively on which way the door would slide and on the gliding windows which way they would work. Rapport with Rachel in sales was great. That day I signed the order and put down required deposit. It was a custom order and I was informed it would be about 12-16 weeks. After 12 weeks called to see where we were on delivery. It took 4 calls over a week to get any response. A week later I got a call partial order arrived and they wanted to deliver immediately Informed them I need to get help to lift and move the large windows. I called back to arrange delivery no one knew what I was talking about and said they would get back to me 4 calls over the next week, finally, got someone who even knew we had an order. They delivered the next day. One of the sliders is opening on the wrong side and it took 4 calls (all promised a callback) till I reached my sales person and her response was you signed the order that way. I reminded her that we talked extensively about how the door was to open. The only answer is "you signed the order". I am not the window expert and when finalizing the order a 12 document I relied on their expertise to get it right. After installation I was not happy with color of the handles and after 3 calls got a hold of Rachel and told her I wanted different handles and I would pay for them. She said she would look into it and get back to me the next day. I waited 4 days and called her again after two more attempts finally caught her on the phone and she said she would call Anderson and get back to me the next day. I waited another week and finally called Anderson myself and had my new handles in three days. Its the lack of follow up and lack of caring that a mistake in ordering was made that has led to the low rating. Again I am very happy with the Product but not the customer service. I still have a door that slides the wrong way, but I'll get used to it.
