No power to the controls or motor. 12 volt power to the accessories and trim tabs. My biggest problem was the motor was down and the trim/tilt wasn't working. We were headed home the next day so I was in a bind. I got to their store around noon and told them my predicament. They started working on the boat immediately. After 2 hours of trying to diagnose an intermittent electrical problem, it turned out the Perko switch was bad internally. New switch and everything worked. And the charge was more than reasonable. Anywhere else it would have been 3 weeks and at least 3 times the cost.

I consigned my used boat with this business and signed a contract with them to do so. The boat…read moreremained on their lot, for sale, for over one year. I left the boat with them for as long as it was necessary to sell it. Under the consignment contract, I expected to receive my settlement roughly 20 days after the sale, since I did not have negative equity. At the business's request, I authorized my bank to work directly with them to complete the transaction. After the sale, the business delayed my settlement for several months. I was told that payment would not be issued until the title was physically received from my bank, but I did not see that requirement in their consignment contract. As a seller I was put in a precarious position of risk for months. When I ultimately received the final settlement, I was shocked to discover that I was additionally charged for the buyer's TT&L fees. As a Texan I've never seen a case where the seller pays TT&L. I've never worked with a dealership of any kind that thought this to be proper either. When I raised the issue and requested reimbursement for the TT&L charges, the owner was quick to point out that I "wasn't charged storage fees," although storage fees were not listed as an option anywhere on my settlement statement and had never been brought up before. He also highlighted that the business has been charging TT&L to the consignment sellers for many years. After two visits, I received a partial refund, but I still ended up $500 short of full reimbursement because he deemed it appropriate to keep the other half. Does this business eat the TT&L for its new boat buyers?

After we left the location we noticed we had purchased a warranty, our fault we trusted the financing guy, our guards are up on auto dealership but didn't think we had to watch lawnmower dealership. Monday I visited the dealership and spoke with the finance guy, was not an enjoyable experience but he was able to retract the paperwork and remove the extended warranty (1 year for $700+). I called 32 places and finally found them here. From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left (4 Hours). I was treated with some of the best customer service I have ever witnessed. Carl explained every detail to me about the PWC I was interested in and did not oversell or push me to buy anything extra that I didn't want. During my wait, he even offered to allow me to sit in his office where it was cooler while he worked on other things. The staff was extremely knowledgeable down to every detail. I cannot thank this team enough for their overwhelming service. I am a first time watercraft buyer and they made everything seem like it was a walk in the park.
