We bought a sx2350 Skeeter from Xavier at LMC and could not have asked for a better experience. We came from out of state so I was worried about how the transaction would go but it was seamless. I had a ton of questions and Xavier was always patient and responsive. I financed through my local bank so that was a little complicated but we managed and I could t be happier.

Our experience at LMC Marine was outstanding! Our salesman, Chad Meyers was low pressure, accurate and very positive. He also has excellent attention to detail. Customer service like this is everything! Thank you, Chad and the entire LMC Marine team!

    2022 Harris 270 Grand Mariner 400hp Verado

Frustrated and speechless with Harris products and LMC as the authorized service/sales center. My wife purchased a beautiful 400hp 270 Grand Mariner Tri-Toon on 5/16/2022. Be VERY careful about signing any paperwork prior to delivery, no matter how friendly your sales person is!!!! You can expect headaches and heartache before you ever hit the water. Funding will happen, you'll be stuck with one unexpected issue after another. Expect to be "Stuck like Chuck" with a boat that is 100% problematic. You'll spend what time you have on the water hiding shame and buyer remorse from friends and family. Friends and family will have plenty of opportunity to shame you on the water, then shame you out of the water too. Our 2011 Harris was a dream compared to what you'll buy in 2022 apparently. We never dreamed a decade of time would walk us right into self ejecting screws and poor craftsmanship. Interior items will fall apart like nothing you've ever seen. Walls will bounce, screws will fly, and seats won't stay locked. Our 2022 Harris has spent more time with LMC service than in the water. These guys will buy time like you've never seen after your $200k is funded. Finger pointing and blame games are accompanied by a healthy dose of kindness. Harris and LMC need a refresher course on follow through after the "Point of Sale". Harris needs to step up on this one if LMC can't figure it out. ...!!!

GREAT WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!…read more I inherited a boat and outboard from my grandpa that needed work and was in over my head with all the repairs. Called "Stone & Sons Marine" and they said they could handle everything for a great price and quick turnaround time. Dropped off the motor the next day and got it back fast. Runs great! saved me time, money and headache!

10/10 service!!! Read below. I had taken my 2001 Johnson 90 engine to a marine engine shop near my house on Huffman and long story short I ended up having to take my boat back to that shop three different times because the boat never ran right after he replaced the entire engine, and "tuned it up"; the final time leaving my wife and 2 young children floating away powerless while I swam out to them to try to get it going. Finally after the third time I realized that I needed to take it to a more reputable shop. I contacted Stone and Sons after multiple recommendations from different people. They advised me that they were a few weeks behind but would put me in line and contact me when I could drop my boat off. They reached out to me sooner than I thought and I brought them my boat the following morning at 7 AM ( their hours are very convenient for pickup/drop off!) within a couple of days they contacted me and told me the multitude of issues that I had with my "new motor" from prior shop. They even talked me through what was needed and why it was needed. The entire experience with this shop has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE! I took my boat on the water within a couple hours of picking it up and it has never ran smoother, faster, and NO ISSUES! If you are looking for a reputable shop to work on your marine engine, look no further you have found an honest and upfront shop to take care of your needs. WORTH THE WAIT for reliability and 1 stop shop to fix your problem! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Indmar had stopped supporting the older MiFi ECMs. I had the boat at three different inboard shops in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area, including the Malibu Dealer. Nobody had the expertise, skill or confidence to take on and finish the project. Since Master Watercraft Services is literally in my back yard here in Cypress, I stopped by one day on a whim and talked with Clayton Franks, the owner, and he said that he would look at it. Typically, a blown ECM is the final failure on an engine and not the root cause, so in addition to having the ECM rebuilt you must also diagnosis the causes of the initial problem, and in my boat's case there were several. Underlying problems diagnosed were ignition coil, ignition module, wiring harness issues and a completely plugged fuel injection system, any one of which could have been the root problem causing the ECM failure. Clayton was not only able to diagnose and fix the problems above, he fixed some gremlins that had been plaguing the boat since before the ECM failure. Additionally, he was able to fix the damage the other shops had done while trying to fix the engine like missing bolts, loose brackets and poor electrical work, before they gave up. The boat runs like new now! Most service shops that you visit these days are full of technicians that are "parts replacers" and not skilled at diagnostics. Clayton is an old-time mechanic in a young man's body. I'm lucky I found him.

A Rough Start, But a Solid Finish -- They Made It Right…read more This is the first review I've written in years, and as a fellow business owner, I know how important reviews can be. Initially, my experience with Captain Kirk's was frustrating -- I bought a used 40hp outboard that had some unexpected issues, and I felt like no one was willing to take responsibility or help after the sale. I had reached out with concerns about a chipped fin on the lower unit shortly after picking up the motor, and at first, I was told there was nothing that could be done because it was a used item sold "as is." That was disappointing, especially since the issue wasn't disclosed beforehand, and I had been told the unit would be serviced before pickup. But here's where things turned around. After I posted my initial review, the owner of the company personally reached out to me. He took the time to listen and understand what had happened. He even offered to drive up to Fort Worth to pick up the outboard and give me a full refund -- which I thought was incredibly generous and unexpected. I told him I wasn't interested in returning it after investing time and effort, but I appreciated the offer. Most importantly, he acknowledged my frustration and offered to cover the cost of the repair. That showed me he actually cared about my satisfaction and reputation as a business. I'm not going to send him a bill, but the gesture meant a lot. In the end, I left feeling heard, respected, and valued as a customer. If you're thinking of shopping with Captain Kirk's, I'd say: go for it. They do stand behind their name -- just make sure both you and the team are on the same page about the condition of the product, especially when buying used. Ask questions, get things in writing, and don't be afraid to speak up. Despite the bumps along the way, my final impression of this business is a good one. I appreciate that they made it right.

They called on today, Wednesday, and told me my boat was ready, instead of next week as I was initially informed. Thanks to Troy for his assistance, follow up and dedication to customer service!
