    Arrival time - 11:55am Leave time - 3:10pm…read more I am not one to write reviews but over 3 hours for an oil change - tire rotation/balance is unacceptable. After 2 hours of waiting the service rep asked me where my spline key for my lug nuts were, meaning they hadn't even taken the tires off yet. I glanced in the shop and confirmed through the technician that they hadn't changed the oil yet either. I asked the tech how the tires are balancing and he informed me that he "left them where they were because the ones on the back needed more weight", meaning if I hadn't walked to the back and double checked, my tires wouldn't have been rotated at all. I take rotating my tires serious due to the price of tires I run, keeping the tread and wear even. I spoke with the representative who informed me that they got another guy to start changing the oil (2:30pm). My beard brush that was on the middle console was tossed on the ground between door and seat on passenger side, and I had to put up my jack equipment that was pulled out in search of the lug nut attachment. The service representative was nice and helpful but overall the experience was unacceptable. Curious what else they half assed.

    Back in August, I bought a 2023 Ram 1500 SLT (3.6L) from Classic Dodge & Chrysler. When we first…read morearrived, a salesman named Conner greeted us. He seemed genuine and eager to help. He showed us several trucks and promised he could get anything we wanted from their sister stores. When my wife and I mentioned we might keep looking, he got nervous and said his bosses didn't like people walking out -- that he'd get in trouble. Not wanting to make things hard for him, we stayed. Later, when I mentioned going with another dealer, he went to management and came back saying they had a "better truck and better deal." Trusting him and management, I agreed to buy that truck. That's where the problems began. It took two weeks to even receive the truck. When I finally got it, it still had the previous owner's belongings, hadn't been detailed, and had several issues: Broken rear license plate light Missing passenger-side fender well No front plate mount (required in Texas) And later, the electronic braking system failed -- I lost cruise control on a four-hour round trip drive. They agreed to fix these issues after my trip. I brought the truck back as scheduled and didn't get it for three days, but the only thing they fixed was the rear plate light. I've been calling ever since. They keep saying they'll provide a rental car so they can replace the fender well (which they now have in stock) and inspect the electronic braking system -- but no one ever calls back. Every time, it's the same story: "We'll call you when the rental's ready." That call never comes. It's been almost four months, and nothing has been resolved. I've been patient and understanding, but this dealership's lack of communication and accountability is unbelievable. If you're considering buying from Classic Dodge & Chrysler, please get every promise in writing. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting their word.

We arrived as the service department was getting ready to close for the day. They promised our truck would be ready by noon the next day--Saturday. I was totally shocked, it's rare that a service garage actually is done when promised but they were and that was impressive. Plus, the cost was significantly less than I thought it would be. Less than $600 for a primer part for the fuel and labor. Thank you, Orr Chevrolet in Texarkana, Texas. I highly recommend your dealer garage.

    On 4-11-25 I purchased a 2024 Trax with the promise to have paint issues taken care of. After…read morepurchase I could not get a phone call or text back from my salesperson. With a lot of back and forth I visited with the GM on 5-19-25, he proceeded to tell be that he would make sure I was taken care of, that being said I was not called until 7-10-25. Got call that car was ready 7-31-25. When I got there I found the issues on photos. I left the car there to again for them to fix the issues again! It is now 8-10-25 and i still do not have my car, not to mention the months worth of internet service and sirius I have paid that I have not been able to utilize. My husband purchased a new truck from them in 2024 and he has had zero issues! I believe that since I am a woman they feel they can run over me and basically they have! I very unhappy. Lisa Cook
