I thanked them and went down to AutoZone on Robinson Rd. They installed the bulb, it took two seconds, a woman associate installed the bulb, she removed one small panel on the right side, removed the old bulb and put in the new one. No difficulty. So because I was a woman, a black woman, they were all white men, they didn't want to help me at O'Reilly's. For any type of service I usually go to Mercedes of Texarkana or Forza Auto on Lake Dr. but both were closed. He showed us several trucks and promised he could get anything we wanted from their sister stores. When my wife and I mentioned we might keep looking, he got nervous and said his bosses didn't like people walking out -- that he'd get in trouble. Not wanting to make things hard for him, we stayed. Later, when I mentioned going with another dealer, he went to management and came back saying they had a "better truck and better deal." Trusting him and management, I agreed to buy that truck. That's where the problems began. It took two weeks to even receive the truck. When I finally got it, it still had the previous owner's belongings, hadn't been detailed, and had several issues: Broken rear license plate light Missing passenger-side fender well No front plate mount (required in Texas) And later, the electronic braking system failed -- I lost cruise control on a four-hour round trip drive. They agreed to fix these issues after my trip. I brought the truck back as scheduled and didn't get it for three days, but the only thing they fixed was the rear plate light. I've been calling ever since. They keep saying they'll provide a rental car so they can replace the fender well (which they now have in stock) and inspect the electronic braking system -- but no one ever calls back. Every time, it's the same story: "We'll call you when the rental's ready." That call never comes. It's been almost four months, and nothing has been resolved. I've been patient and understanding, but this dealership's lack of communication and accountability is unbelievable. If you're considering buying from Classic Dodge & Chrysler, please get every promise in writing. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting their word.

Called to make appt to let them inspect their work. They wanted $180 for the diagnostic." I said, 'it's a sunroof, car don't need to be plugged in'. Apparently, thts what they call...just to LOOK at it. "Free service IF same issue, otherwise be more". At that point I took it to place in town. THEY checked the sunroof and found the DRAIN was blocked. Took an airhose, blew air in drain... FIXED. My opinion? Maybe look at the problem instead of taking the word of someone who doesn't know about cars?? And charging a massive amount of money to fix a problem that wasn't necessary. I won't be back.
