It was obvious after waiting 6 months, that she was in over her head. After the first few months, she doubled her fees and still never met our agreed upon deadlines for getting our business books ready for tax preparations. We had to let her go and then we had to hire another accounting firm to help fix her mistakes. We have spent over $2500 to "undo" what she did. We have also spend over 100 hours of our personal time, going through our accounts on Quickbooks to fix it. It is so difficult to undo reconciliations and try and fix things that are classified wrong and reconciled wrong on QB. This has been a nightmare. We even brought this to Lee's attention when we realized Jill was unable to complete this job, and we were not refunded nor were we offered someone else in his firm to fix her mistakes. We were very disappointed with her lack of training and her inability to complete the job she agreed to do and was paid to complete. This is a warning to please be careful when hiring her. She is not qualified to handle small businesses on Quickbooks online.

The way this company treats people is beyond unprofessional, it's cruel. Every phone call has been met with rudeness, zero empathy, and blatant stonewalling. Not once has anyone offered real help or followed through on what they said they'd do. It feels like I'm being punished for being sick. There is no accountability, no compassion, and absolutely no concern for human beings going through serious life challenges. If you're looking for support during a medical crisis or expecting even basic decency, look elsewhere OneSource Virtual has made an already unbearable situation worse.

There was a job posted online for 30 days for a Tax Account Specialist. They sought me out stating…read morethey thought I would be a good fit for the position. Once I stated my interest in the position, it seemed like it was just a chase or endless amounts of emails back and forth before compensation or an interview was ever mentioned. I would email the recruiters back and have to wait 2-3 days for a response. When it finally came down to a scheduled interview, they expect you to have no problems joining a teams meeting and Heaven forbid if you do. If you can't get the meeting to appear or load and you are waiting on them to contact you for the meeting they will ask if you are still interested in the position and then in another email tell you how due to your lack of attention to detail they do not want to continue onward. Never mind if you are new to having meetings in Teams and have only ever used Zoom. No matter the reason they should NEVER insult someone in an email especially when technology is never fully dependable. I am a full time employee with another payroll tax company and a full time mom of an active toddler with serious mom brain sometimes however my attention span should NEVER be insulted. I feel sorry for anyone taking on a new role in this company if their Managers are this cruel and abrasive in the onboarding process. I can only imagine what they are like to work for. Thanks but no thanks! Saved me a bunch of headache and unhappy days ahead.
