Reading the other reviews, I wonder if I hit them on some off days…read more Summary - boats on the website do not represent their current inventory - boats on their on-site list do not represent their current inventory - boats on their lot were dirty - I didn't get the feeling that they were interested in selling me a boat Jesse, the owner, was on the phone the first day when I arrived and waved at me but never came onto the lot. There were no other customers. After 30 minutes of looking on my own, I stepped back in the office and when he saw me, he wrapped up his call. I told him my budget and asked about boats I'd seen on their web site. He explained that most of the boats I was interested in had been sold. Those boats are still on the website over a month later! He handed me an inventory list, explained that the numbers corresponded with the numbers on the trailers. He did not offer to walk me around our show me specific boats. As I walked the lot, list in hand it became obvious that many of the boats listed were no longer on the lot. When I went back in to ask, Jesse confirmed that the list was out of date. To top it off, the boats I looked at were very dirty. It may be because of the heavy truck traffic on the road that runs by their lot, but the condition of the boats did not invite climbing in to take a closer look. The one bright spot was their technician, Mike, who seemed very knowledgeable, took time (on my second or third visit) to walk the lot with me, climbed on a couple of boats so he could point out what he saw (positives and negatives). Contrast that experience with another dealer I visited (that sells new & used boats). They had very clean boats, clearly marked with prices and a sales person who met me on the lot and explained in detail the condition of each boat, motor & outdrive. They will not accept a boat on consignment until it has been checked out by their mechanics and any major issues found have been addressed. I did eventually find a boat from an individual that I wanted to buy. Because Mike was so knowledgeable and helpful, I decided to have him check out the boat (through McGoys). He did a thorough job and pointed out the good and the bad about the boat. Interestingly, the seller commented to me that when he brought the boat in for the diagnostic check and when he came to pick it up, the people in the office were rude to him.

The first time I looked at the boat they told me about an issue with the trailer and with enormous amounts of integrity went above and beyond to make this purchase perfect. I've had the boat for 3 months now ... we've had a great time with it and and it has run flawlessly. I've called a couple times to figure out things with the boat that I didn't understand and they've continued to go above and beyond to help me including FaceTiming me while I was with this sleek watercraft. They continue to impress me despite the relatively minuscule amount of cash I spent with them compared to buying a new Malibu. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I live 5 hours South of WSA Fort Worth and wouldn't hesitate to come back to purchase from them again (there are other Malibu dealers in between us). If I could give them 11 stars (one louder), I would - because these guys deserve it and have earned it.

They picked up our boat and upon return, the boat was missing one of the decal letters for Moomba on the side and told us we could pay over $500 to purchase all letters to replace the one they lost. They lost the part, and asked us to pay to fix, and ignored me once I asked how that made sense. I brought this up after further issues noted below, and they continue to refuse to replace the letter they lost. The boat was returned and was making unnatural noises when in neutral, and they ended up having to take it back into the shop to repair. I do not understand how they did not hear this, unless they never actually ran the boat after the repairs in water like they said they had. After a few months the boat was finally operating normally. We utilized the slalom shop for winter proof services and subsequently to prep it for summer. The details included oil check, ensuring the boat was ready to run for summer, etc. The relationship went fully south with them once we called them out after checking our cameras. Their tech was only on the dock at the property for six minutes. There was no way they could have performed what they promised in that time, and attempted to charge us. They were clearly upset with us when we asked how they could have performed the steps they charged us for in that amount of time, and their responses (excuses) made no sense. Finally, when we notified them there was blistering on the hull from the previous prop and impeller repairs, they started a yelling match over the phone, blaming us and accusing us of trying to "get free repairs". This location knows they are one of the few in the area, and will take advantage of you. They never responded or offered to fix the decal situation, didn't repair our boat correctly the first time and we had to be the ones to point it out at delivery (leading me to question if they ran the boat after repairs at all), and take an attitude when you ask if the services you paid for were actually done appropriately.
