I bought a used Malibu at a better than fair price from Waterski America's Fort Worth location…read more Sean A. and his whole team were awesome from the first time I met them through delivery and the service beyond. The first time I looked at the boat they told me about an issue with the trailer and with enormous amounts of integrity went above and beyond to make this purchase perfect. I've had the boat for 3 months now ... we've had a great time with it and and it has run flawlessly. I've called a couple times to figure out things with the boat that I didn't understand and they've continued to go above and beyond to help me including FaceTiming me while I was with this sleek watercraft. They continue to impress me despite the relatively minuscule amount of cash I spent with them compared to buying a new Malibu. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I live 5 hours South of WSA Fort Worth and wouldn't hesitate to come back to purchase from them again (there are other Malibu dealers in between us). If I could give them 11 stars (one louder), I would - because these guys deserve it and have earned it.

Understand that all thing's being equal should be close but over $400 A month' difference slacks of bait and switch. Very disappointing, will be buying but not by this specific sales person. Reading the other reviews, I wonder if I hit them on some off days…read more Summary - boats on the website do not represent their current inventory - boats on their on-site list do not represent their current inventory - boats on their lot were dirty - I didn't get the feeling that they were interested in selling me a boat Jesse, the owner, was on the phone the first day when I arrived and waved at me but never came onto the lot. There were no other customers. After 30 minutes of looking on my own, I stepped back in the office and when he saw me, he wrapped up his call. I told him my budget and asked about boats I'd seen on their web site. He explained that most of the boats I was interested in had been sold. Those boats are still on the website over a month later! He handed me an inventory list, explained that the numbers corresponded with the numbers on the trailers. He did not offer to walk me around our show me specific boats. As I walked the lot, list in hand it became obvious that many of the boats listed were no longer on the lot. When I went back in to ask, Jesse confirmed that the list was out of date. To top it off, the boats I looked at were very dirty. It may be because of the heavy truck traffic on the road that runs by their lot, but the condition of the boats did not invite climbing in to take a closer look. The one bright spot was their technician, Mike, who seemed very knowledgeable, took time (on my second or third visit) to walk the lot with me, climbed on a couple of boats so he could point out what he saw (positives and negatives). Contrast that experience with another dealer I visited (that sells new & used boats). They had very clean boats, clearly marked with prices and a sales person who met me on the lot and explained in detail the condition of each boat, motor & outdrive. They will not accept a boat on consignment until it has been checked out by their mechanics and any major issues found have been addressed. I did eventually find a boat from an individual that I wanted to buy. Because Mike was so knowledgeable and helpful, I decided to have him check out the boat (through McGoys). He did a thorough job and pointed out the good and the bad about the boat. Interestingly, the seller commented to me that when he brought the boat in for the diagnostic check and when he came to pick it up, the people in the office were rude to him.
