These awards are expensive here, but it helps meet a deadline, so we ordered an award; website stated five business days and it would be finished. Six days pass, I hear nothing. I need this award for a coworker who is leaving, Friday. so I call PS Awards and they tell me it won't be available until Monday, which is eight business days after the order was placed. I told her that was unacceptable because our coworker would be gone. So she told me to get it Friday afternoon! I'm like, HE'S LEAVING FRIDAY, why did your site say five days when it's not? She ignored my question and wasn't even apologetic. I relayed this to my boss; we are both disappointed a simple engraved in-stock award is taking so long and we are getting pushback as if we didn't do something correct, when we planned it all according to their own site. I will not use their services in the future, as this company complicated everything and gave no reason, and no apology, and we still don't have the award, which we paid a premium for expecting good service and our reasonable deadline met. read more
