I saw that the shipping for an urn on Amazon was scheduled too late. I called the company directly on Monday afternoon. Lee, the owner, responded the next morning. I told him what I needed, and he bent over backwards to prepare the urn with my custom photo and engraving. He also ensured it would arrive on time for the memorial on Saturday. He took my customizations, sent me a proof, and then worked diligently on the order. He sent me a photo of the final product, a tracking email, and it is set to arrive on Friday. He even edited the photo with a custom background. I can't say enough wonderful things about Lee and his company. He communicated during the whole process, was so genuinely sincere in his condolences for my loss, and the product was just beautiful! I highly recommend this company to anyone.
