In some cases, with some of other dishonest companies that want to take a large amount of your money without even doing adequate work, the comparison can be of Reimer being Angelic from heaven and those other businesses absolute hell. ELI and JORGE put in a new furnace. Couldn't believe how hard they worked! In a relatively small area in a walk-in closet(with other items stored),ELI had to himself lift the heavy new and old heaters for the job! They worked together,keeping my floors pristine. Got 0% financing on one of the best energy saving heaters available. When they answer the phone by,...how can we make you smile...", they really mean it and do everything to earn and bring you a huge smile. Thank you ELI, JORGE and all in Reimer!

    My elderly mom in her 80s was out of water. I called for an after hours emergency call to restore…read moreher water. I called little after 7 pm. Got a call from tech about 9ish, saying he wasn't going to be out tonight as by time he got here would be after 10 pm. Then asked what the problem was with the water heater...not sure how he got incorrect information that it was a water heater problem when I had stated she had no running or working water. I explained to him the switch had burnt out...he realized it was a 20/40 pressure switch, and said he didn't have one on the truck anyway. So it would be the next day someone would be out. (WHY THEY WOULDN'T HAVE SUCH A SMALL AND COMMON PART ON TRUCK IS BAFFLING). I waited till about noon Sunday the next day and called tech back and asked when someone was coming because my elderly mom needed water, he said she was on schedule for 3 pm. AT AFTER 9 PM A TECH SHOWED UP WITHOUT THE PART. He said he was not made aware of the issue, I explained the conversation I had with tech prior night and it should have been noted on account. He said it would be 10 am next day, him and boss apologized after he called and told him. But, she would be one of 1st appointments next day. I had to call and take day off work to be here....I woke in the morning to a missed call and voicemail from who seemed to be owner or manager saying it needed to be rescheduled AGAIN!!! My elderly mom in 80s went almost 2 days without water...they had no communication with each other as to the actual problem, show up without part, promise to be out next morning only to basically cancel saying reschedule. Needless to say, I didn't wait any longer for them to fix the problem. THEY HAD NO PROBLEM LETTING A SENIOR CITIZEN GO DAYS WITHOUT WATER, HAD NO COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OTHER OR NOTE ACCOUNT SO OTHERS WOULD KNOW PROBLEM ACTUALLY INSTEAD OF INCORRECT INFORMATION THEY HAD ABOUT WATER HEATER PROBLEM, NO ONE UPDATED OR NOTED ACCOUNT AS TO PART NEEDED. SO TECH COMES OUT FINALLY ONLY WITHOUT PART. BTW IT WAS ONLY $46ISH AT LOWES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
