Great service. I would always take my dog between two vets and this often was the office I would…read morecall first. Staff are super friendly and really care about animals. Previous vets my lil guy would go to-he would be forever shaking and just a blundering mess and unwilling to calm down. Here, he wasn't afraid and would settle down pretty fast. They've taken great care of him through a variety of older dog issues... From teeth cleaning, teeth pulling to eye issues. I never felt that they would over do things.... Like some vets will go to the extreme of the spectrum, charging you an arm and a leg, to find out what's going on with your dog. Over here, they start with practical steps in order to help what ever issue your animal is going through. My experience at this office has always been wonderful. They do book up pretty fast (from the times that I've called), but they always try to accommodate patients...I always appreciated that. Oh... And... In the event you're looking to get your pets teeth cleaned, ask about their dental month where there is a bit of a discount. I know it sounds relatively silly to have your pets teeth cleaned.... Take it from me and 5 pulled teeth later from my lil guy :( ... Save as many teeth as possible! (... Although... he does thoroughly enjoy the introduction of canned food to his diet!)

I saw both veterinarians here and liked them. I'm new to the area, and the practice came highly…read morerecommended. Unfortunately, I had an upsetting experience and will not be going back. My five-year-old dog gets Cytopoint injections two or three times a year and has had probably 20 or more injections over his lifetime without incident. At this office, a tech took him into another room for his injection and returned saying he had tried to bite her three times. I was then told he would need to be sedated for all future visits, including routine exams. I was shocked. This dog is not a biter and had never reacted this way to an injection. When I asked if I could be present for future injections, I was told absolutely not due to "liability issues." Since I wasn't in the room, I can't say what happened, but something clearly went wrong. I switched veterinarians, and he has since received injections without any attempts to bite. My new vet also allows me to be present during injections. What finally prompted this review was a neighbor telling me about a remarkably similar experience with her dog at this practice. According to her, when she called the office to follow up, she was told they had employed a tech who was "rough with dogs," but that person no longer worked there. I'm deeply upset thinking about what may have happened in that room. Based on my dog's history before and after this incident, I have serious concerns about how his injection was handled and about the lack of appropriate oversight. I hold the practice responsible for the care provided by its staff. I deeply regret taking him here.

Don't bring your dog here. The $20 nail trim resulted in a stressed-out dog with poorly trimmed…read morenails and a torn ACL, which will now cost several thousands worth of surgery to fix. Our experience: our dog is shy around people. Not aggressive, but avoidant. Saw a review about easily getting a nail trim 2-4:30PM and thought I'd take advantage since he hates nail trims. I've grown up with dog groomer friends, and I expected a little professionalism. When I arrived, the woman, asked "Nail Trim?" Then asked me to bring him out front of the shop. I was confused, no paperwork, no info taken, she didn't even ask my dogs name. She told us to grab his head while she quickly went to work on his back paws. She grabbed them hard and my dog resisted as he does, she tightened and struggled with him but it was over quick. I was stunned, I've never seen a nail trim happen this way. I've always known groomers to use a table with restraints to safety immobilize the dog. I looked over his nails and noticed some shavings hanging and asked her if she could clean it up. She said " that's the best I can do if he's going to struggle like that" At that point, I knew this was going nowhere and I took my dog home. About 10 min later he began limping. I pushed it aside as maybe a nail was cut short, but 2 weeks later, we realized something was very wrong, as he now was putting no weight on the leg, and now we are going for a surgery consult. Such a nightmare, can't prove a thing but I will advise anyone I know, to avoid this shop for their pets safety.
