Everything took an extraordinary amount of time, and extra people to help. But since they switched over, it seems that the wait times have declined. It'd be nice if there were some magazines or a television or a newspaper in the waiting room. All there is are photographs and news articles to stare at. Why do they put out candles that nobody will ever light? The doctor is nice, and professional, and listens to the concerns. The office is easy to access, clean and well lit. They're connected to a place that'll outfit you with slings or casts or whatever. Many of the patients seem to be high school athletes who are now in a sling or on crutches.
