The company parked a cement truck on our private property in a que for delivering cement. I asked…read morethe driver to move and all he did was give me attitude refusing to move his truck. I therefore was forced to call the police as he was also blocking the fire hydrant for the area. I called the main office who apologized in a half hearted attempt and kinda snickered when he hung up the phone. So now the police are coming to explain what private property means and his un willingness to move his vehicle from our property. The neighbor to the east is completing a complete remodel and we have daily trucks and deliveries causing havoc and stains on our easement. Blocking our access to our gate, driveway, mailbox and fire hydrant. Unacceptable to treat a neighbors property as a service provide with no respect. Causing increased tensions, noise, emissions and unwarranted wear and tear on the owned easement. I would suggest in the future that the driver move his truck on Main Street or to another open section of road that is not immediately in front of a neighbor because they are lazy and not understanding the code. So the agent, supervisor and the driver are equal to blame in this simple request turning into a fiasco. By the way I am completely disabled and the emissions alone will cause issues in our house all day. Being outside now is the only way to get fresh air as the truck was parked in front of our main entrance 60' away unknowingly we had our front door open for the 30 minutes the truck just ran idle. Truck 313.
