He gave no breakdown of material and labor, never even the price of the shingles. I decided not to have him do the work and asked about the deposit. He sent several angry, some threatening text messages...including telling me that the tarp was $150 & that a tree branch he'd removed (I paid someone else to haul it after it was cut) was another $150, so I OWED him $100 ! Later, he texted that the tarp was an EMERGENCY REPAIR, which he charges $250 minimum!!! Threatened to bill me for additional money and file a lien (which he spelled lean)!!! Use at your own risk. See pic of the $250 "emergency repair"... a $10 blue plastic tarp. He kept adding on more costs ,as threats when I told him I would review on yelp. He apparently believes that he can just create prices, AFTER the fact, and threaten legal action. I believe it's called extortion.

I upgraded to dimensional shingles & ridge vents. Which help lower the utility bill. I also referred one of my neighbors. Jason did both roofs in the same week. We had filed a claim with our insurance company who used a drone initially to inspect our roof for damages. Unfortunately, with the drone, they could not detect any damage. I requested an inspector (human) come onsite to inspect our roof. Knew right there, they were something different than the rest. Willie is a great guy who explained the entire process to both me and my wife. We felt at ease knowing we were in very experienced hands. He has a small crew, isn't a huge outfit that will oversell and underdeliver. His word is his bond and he delivered as promised. Excellent work and everything went very smooth. The roofing was scheduled for a week when the weather was clear, leaving me peace of mind that we would not be expecting any rain when the shingles were off. After giving him half down, he came over, took a solar panel down and said he needed to replace it and then never came back or answered our phone calls, and it's been almost six months. Everytime I call, he ignores the call and never bothers to call back, but he has cashed the check we gave him. A family member called him to inquire about new work to see if he was in the business of ghosting everyone. He answered within 10 minutes. When she told him the real reason he was calling he made up an excuse that he was not in his office (he doesn't have an office, check his address on Google maps) and that he would call back the next day. Nothing, completely ghosted. Look for someone else as times are tough right now and people might be hard up for money to start pulling scam deals like this. I explained what I had and even texted photos. I was assured they could do it. Scheduling was a little hectic, and I had to follow up to be sure I was even scheduled. I looked past this, being it was the holiday season. Once they showed up, they proceeded to install the whole house system, never having discussed any sort of fee. They seemed bothered by the system and that it was supposed to be wall mounted, so I agreed they could just leave it on the ground. When they were done, it looked like a crazy maze on my wall, but I wasn't going to complain about it. They came into my house to start the under sink system only to find my sink had no place for the faucet. So they instructed me to go buy a new sink. When I asked what size and what I needed, I was instructed on how to measure it myself and directed to the plumbing supply company to purchase it myself. They told me they would come back after I got the sink to finish the under sink system. They then handed me a large bill, which I paid. I'm a little surprised that 3 hours was more than$200/hr. I did measure it and got a new sink. When I called to have them schedule to come install my RO system, I was told they'd come. The day they were scheduled was a freeze day, so I assumed they would reschedule, but I got no notice or communication about it. 3 days later, I received a text telling me they hadn't forgotten me. I asked if they could come the following Monday, as I already had to take time off work. They said yes, but nothing more. So I thought it was at the same time. Monday came, and I received a text asking me what time. When I told them the original time, they said they thought it was 30 mins earlier, but they'd make it work. Then, 30 mins after that time, I asked if they were still coming, and I was told they were just on their way and would be 30 minutes. I waited patiently. This time, a different guy came to do the job. He said he'd done lots of RO systems. However, even with the step by step instructions, he took an entire day to install it and still couldn't figure out how to finish it. He asked if he could come back the next day, and I said I couldn't take more time off work. He finally left me to do it. Asking for his payment, of course. I got it up and running just fine with the directions. The next day, however, I came into my kitchen being completely flooded and my cabinet under the sink in my brand new home having water damage. I immediately called them to come back and fix the leak, taking yet another day off work, after paying over $1000 dollars to them. I was told they'd be here in an hour. 2 hours later, I reached out asking if they were still coming? It was another 30 minutes before I got the reply they were now on the way. In the time I was waiting I called the system manufacturer and found out the guy who installed it didn't tighten a valve all the way so it was leaking, which is the cause of the flood and water damage. When I informed them of the water damage and my fixing it myself, the only reply I received was, "K". So, for lack of customer service, lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and overall lack of care, I sadly leave this review. As I spent the same amount getting my system installed as the system cost and missed multiple days of work and now have water damage to my brand new cabinets.
