I had to hire a master electrician to come in and fix the wiring. i did get compensation back from lowes after the store manager finally came out to look at the horrible install. I then decided to hire them for the job. They came in at 7:30 A.M. in the morning to beat the summer heat. It requires piping and extension exhaust vent directly to outside top siding. Then gave me a very honest diagnosis for a short term fix and long term fix. I went with the short term for now and they came back the second day to fix it now the drain doesn't leak anymore. Several times, he recommended and replaced minor components such as capacitors. He never pushed for replacement of my aging, builder installed systems, but instead focused on cost effective solutions. Then, when I decided it was finally time to replace and upgrade, he worked closely with me to select and quote a new Trane HVAC dual system. He and his team removed the old systems, installed the new systems, and programmed the thermostats. This included the complete interior and exterior a/c components, heaters, and thermostats. The only components he did not replace were the ventilation duct work. He was always respectful and conscientious, even sweeping up my floors after the work was complete.
