What a joke of facility....very disappointed!! I scheduled…read morean appointment to visit the facility for an upcoming event. We not only felt insulted, but what a way to conduct business. I was told that the facility would potentially range $12,000 plus and was told that perhaps I should go to a "more reasonable" facility's off Hwy 359. Because this facility hold 150 to 200 attendees...and I'm looking at 75 to 100 attendees. Unfortunately, I live in the greater Houston Metropolitan area, and I'm not familiar with the expansions Laredo has. My mother's 91st birthday has NO price, and if it had been $20 or $30 thousand, I would have been more than happy to pay. Hopefully Laredo has a few other venues that are more CS savvy friendly and knowledgeable. What a way to conduct business. America and her Supervisor need additional knowledge regarding contract commitment. Once I sign, it would be my lose and your gain if only 100 or 50 invitees attend. They just lost a potential $12,000+ contract. Definitely NOT a pleasant experience. MCH

She went above and beyond her duties to make sure our night was unforgettable and less stressful. The DJ/ MC had the crowd pumped up and dancing since the beginning of the event. The Venue, Altezza/ Marquezza- was beautiful and elegant: making our night one to remember. So 25 minute walk later I'm in my truck out in front of mall! I wrote to city mayor of how people have to walk thru dark vacant areas for about about a mile in over 100 temperatures. I walked with an elderly couple that were older then me probably in there seventies! No warnings no one directing people how to return to vehicles without the dark vacant area walk. So I asked the mayor to close them for late afternoon movies if they can't assure everyone could safely return the way they entered to their vehicles! I'm from out of town! So I didn't know your level of stupidity! But the other couple was local. They didn't know either

I just paid full price to see Deadpool. Maybe it was an opening day thing, but everyone seemed nice. I have no problems with the brick and mortar. Maybe they are upset at the 3rd party people, like I am. The ONLY problems I have ever had with this movie house have been 100% with the website, and now, from their customer service providers. I bought this subscription a couple of years ago and dropped it it after they did not give me discounts that they said they would.
