I call the office and the one time I got someone on the line who said yes, our office needs to be listed on your card for you to continue to come here. I call anthem and they dispute that saying I can go to any providers and there's no reason to issue me a new medical card. Since then I have called La Vista multiple times and received no answer. I have left two messages, and gotten no call back. I emailed on the app, No response so I booked an appointment on the app only for it to be canceled today without a reason why. Maybe if someone from their office staff answered the phone, I'd have an answer. Fuck this place and thank you for making me go through the whole process of looking for a doctor again.

I either get a voicemail or keep on getting this message from the front desk, the person who handled the referral will call you back and no one call me back. One time their front desk even told me she will ask the doctor and then call me back. No one calls back! Not sure why they treat their patient like they are stupid and suppose to just wait? All I want to know if just a simple answer yes or no.
