I've had a handful of insurance companies over the years, with minimal success in the department of professionalism, and acknowledgement of the customers needs, UNTIL I switched to State Farm. Usually the processes involving insurance can't both be frustrating, and deceiving, when trying to decide what's best for you. It's very important you are able to speak with somebody that understands your needs, and is willing to make an extra effort to explain the information that pertains to your specific situation. I was fortunate enough to meet Linda at State Farm on Saturday to get me set up on my auto and renters insurance. Linda greeted me and offered me coffee while we reviewed my new policies. Never ever come to this office for your insurance! His office staffs are incompetent. I dealt with Russell Lipscomb, Linda Muro, and Sooan Bozzone and they are all terrible! I just needed to add my fiancé and change my address on my renter insurance and they couldn't even do that. Every time I asked if Linda got my email she said there's something wrong with her email and she didn't receive mine. It was so hard to get a hold of them. At first, Linda got my fiancé name wrong, then Sooan got my content amount and personal liability wrong although I already sent them the exact quote I got from statefarm online. It took like 20 phone calls and emails to get this fixed. When I was so desperate, I asked another staff, Beth, to help me. She seemed to be better than the rest but I think because I already showed that I was pretty annoyed. I emailed Peter regarding this whole thing and he never reply me back. A year ago, I worked with Russell and that was also bad. I should have changed agent back then. I just changed to a new agent and it only took him 10min to update my renter insurance. read more

I have used other insurance companies but State Farm seems to be the best so far. Peter was recommended to me by a friend and the experience has been a good one. The people that work in the office were very friendly and up front about what is covered and what is not. I had Farmers and the few times I would call for a question about a claim I got the run around and then was told, oh you need this other special insurance coverage which of course I didn't have and was never told I needed. I like how they have been honest about my coverage is and what I really need. They are way cheaper than Farmers also. read more

It seems like i am not the only person who thinks this place sucks. I will never insure with state farm again after the experience i had here as a long term customer. My rate increased and when i called to find out why, they never got back to me. i spoke to a lady who said, "i should find someone else."
