Since we did not know how much we would be driving "Mom's car" we did not estimate future mileage - so Liberty Mutual did it for us. Instead of assuming that we would drive it 5,000 miles or less (thus qualifying for the low-mileage discount), Liberty Mutual automatically assumed that we would drive it 12,000 mi/yr, which makes it an 80% jump in total family miles. Why would you make an idiot assumption like that? Just because you add a car doesn't mean that your total miles are going to go up! Not using common sense is why I'm giving Liberty Mutual two stars for this review.
