At the end, he made a verbal agreement with me to charge my ex for the attorney fees, per the court document, but he stated his concern that the fees would not get paid, so he asked ME to pay the fees upfront, and promised that he would relentlessly go after my ex to get the money which would then be turned over to me. I discovered about a month later that my ex had paid half of the fee. After multiple calls to the office, I finally received a check for that amount. When I pressed them about the second half of the fee, I was told that Dean was "tired" of pursuing it. Of course, I had already paid the entire fee! And when I called him on it, he suddenly became very nasty, and threatened that if I attempted to file a complaint against him, I would end up looking ridiculous.
