The doctor does not listen to your actual health concerns. My mom has been trying to get her hip pain checked out for almost a year now and instead of addressing her actual CHIEF COMPLAINT, the doctor orders a HIV test and some blood work. Provides no work up of hip pain and states that a HIV test is mandatory per insurance. And then charges a $45 copay for CALLING IN RESULTS on a test that my mom did not even want, this is separate from the initial $45 copay that she paid for the visit. 2. They don't keep track of copayments. The office continued to bill my mom $45 almost monthly to which she did not want to argue and figured she needed to pay. So she paid twice even while NOT interacting with this clinic for months. So on the 3rd random bill, she called the front desk. Sadly this was also an extremely unpleasant experience with extremely rude admin assistants. Upon further investigation, they realized they made a mistake and would NOT RETURN the money. Instead they offered to credit her account... what kind of medical facility is this? Credit to her account for a mistake that THEY made. In order to even investigate this, my mom had to send in her own bank statements because they don't give you receipts (probably on purpose) and then insist that you keep owing them money that you already paid. MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR RECEIPTS HERE, demand one if you have to. 3. Still no care ALL YEAR regarding her hip pain. This place is honestly a glorified med spa trying to act like an actual healthcare facility and is embarrassing from someone else who works in healthcare.
