They charged for a "wall barrier" to keep dust from the rest of the house but didn't completely cover the area and left a 2ft gap in the top and our entire 2500 square foot home was covered in black dust from plaster. I had to throw multiple things away, spends weeks cleaning it all up, had to leave the house with our kids and buy air purifiers. We were told they would do our restorations from the beginning after the water damage was repaired and then last minute told us they were to far away to do it, leaving us rushing to find someone to get it done for us after already being months into the process. Jesse has a great team of workers, but Jesse cannot manage his team and projects. After a major house fire it took Jesse close to 4 months to get all of the contents of the house packed out. He kept saying that the upstairs of the house could be saved and drug the entire process out by two weeks. Once deemed "unsalvageable", it was revealed that the fire damage went far into the structure of the house as he was told it had multiple times. He and his team would show up 1 day a week and work 4 hours to be called off to a "more urgent job". There was always an excuse as to why they could not work. Work was not even started on our house because we had to wait for other jobs to be wrapped, which is fine but we were not afforded that luxury once our job had finally commenced. Between waiting for them to even start (they did not set up any air circulation in the mean time) and them not showing up for more than a few hours a week, it was a very long and drawn out process. During all of this time of waiting, most items and all drywall in the home deeply molded and could not be salvaged. Jesse and his team then had the task of cleaning all items removed from the house. During this time Jesse could not tell us the location of our things nor their condition for weeks at a time IF he decided to answer the phone. Photos were finally provided of the contents removed to us and insurance but they sloppily packed multiple items in boxes and took a photo from the top making it impossible to tell what all was in a box. We and our adjuster had quite a time trying to identify what was what. Once we got back our "cleaned" items they were either ruined from intense "cleaning" OR not cleaned AT ALL. I cannot begin to describe the mental anguish this company has caused for my family. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Attached are photos from us wiping "cleaned" items returned from the company and what was behind drywall they wanted to "clean and save". Please stay away from this company as they are only after your money and do not care the slightest bit for you or anything in your home. For well over $50K, I could have done what they did myself.

Mark came and had to cut out 3 partial walls and re-route frozen plumbing and his work was impeccable. You can't see where he cut and then reconstructed our brand new drywall. He also vented our microwave that was installed without a vent, as well as mounted our dishwasher to our cabinets (we have heated concrete floors and Quartz countertop, so he had to mount to my cabinets.) I'd highly recommend him for any job you need done. He did this with a very reasonable rate.

Kevin Raney- owner/ contractor- is a horrible human being. He's a thief. Don't give this man your…read moremoney. He will take "side projects" since he took a full time job. However, before I paid him, he told me that it would take 2 weeks to have my bathroom fixed. I paid him $800 for materials and most of his labor (owed $75) and after 2 months, he had not even gotten it halfway finished. What he did in there is horrible work and he had no intention of finishing it. He's lazy. It was always one excuse after another why he couldn't finish the bathroom then he had the nerve to blame me for it all for expecting him to work on the job I paid him for. Could not get him to come in and when I did, he wouldn't complete anything. He laid the flooring I went and bought after it was made clear that he didn't save any of the money I paid him for materials which was what it should have been used for. The only things he brought into my bathroom were a tub I supplied that he enameled and then tore up so it's not even finished, a stopper, and a shower system that can't be installed because it's missing parts. He has not so much as done the plumbing work or finished the walls. After I told him that I was unhappy with how he has done us after 2 months and it still isn't done, he quits and says he will "draft a refund" but I'm supposed to pay him for what he did. His contract didn't detail anything besides completed jobs- which he didn't complete anything. Not a single thing. Didn't supply any usable materials I paid for. Nothing. He said it would be 2 days to draft a refund but I have heard nothing else. I am fully aware he has no intention of paying me my money back and am doing what is necessary to make sure he doesn't get to keep my money for doing nothing. It's very sad that a person has to go through the channels of filing complaints to get her money back because people are lazy. This has been the worst experience of my life and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. Kevin Raney is a deplorable person and doesn't take your money or your family into consideration while only caring about himself.
