The recent freezing temperatures caused our shut off valve to freeze. When it thawed out we realized a pipe to the valve had split. They quoted us a ridiculous price because it happened to be Christmas Eve. They used to be very reasonable but they are no longer. I would stay away from them. read more

I can't say enough about Peter's Plumbing. During the recent winter storm here in Texas I had a pipe burst in my ceiling that needed repaired. George was able to come out as soon as he could on a Saturday and I was blown away with his professionalism and knowledge. Fixed the issue easily and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of before he left. I've used them on a couple of occasions now. These guys seriously know what they're doing. Very thorough, reasonably priced, and won't try and up sell you on things that are not necessary. I'd give 6 stars if I could. We've been using Peters Plumbing for the last 6 years. He is prompt, does good work, and reasonable prices. He recently replaced the PVC pipe under our toliet that was leaking downstairs and saved us the trouble of having to replace the whole pipe. Hard to actually give a review since they never showed up! Spoke to someone in the morning about the plumbing problem at my home. He said he would be able to come that same day between 3:00 & 5:00 pm. At 5:30 pm, I sent a text message and never heard back from them. Needless to say, I was a bit upset. We had a leak under our sink caused by the garbage disposal. I called Peter's Plumbing and was told to text them our address. They came out a couple of hours later and fixed the leak which turned out to be very minor. We paid them a nominal fee but they didn't want to charge us at all. We were surprised at midnight one night to find water leaking from our ceiling where our water heaters are located in the attic. Sure enough one of the water heaters had failed and water was overflowing. We called a different company first who walked us through what to do to get us through the night, but then quoted over $3000 to replace both water heaters. I continued researching other companies and found Peter's Plumbing. We called first thing in the morning and they were there within the hour to assess the situation. They disconnected the bad water heater and re-routed everything to the remaining appliance so we could at least have hot water until they were able to come back and replace everything. They quoted us a much more reasonable price to replace the water heaters and came back that same afternoon to changed everything out. Super friendly and super professional.
