They broke through the ceiling, disconnected some pipes, reconnected them, but then did something wrong so they spent more time disconnecting and reconnecting them, charging me for the extra time because of their original error. In all it came to $680. AND THEY DIDN'T FIX THE LEAK. Another, far more trustworthy and competent plumber I've worked with on other issues, just identified the problem as with the drain, and will soon have it truly fixed. I wasted my money on this shady operation. A further problem is that Right Choice doesn't have an office, so the only way to pay them was to mail a check, and over the phone they got all huffy on me when I explained that since the bill was so large, I had to transfer funds into the right account, taking an extra couple days, then mail it, instead of just being able to drop it off with someone personally. The service was in every respect overcharged, incompetent, rude, and useless. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
