The customer service is good. Although management and technicians seem to have a bit of a disconnect, the results were good. I had the windows and roof cleaned, as well as my pavers resealed. The only glitch was a spot on the pavers that was not removed. But I would still recommend because they went out of their way to make things right and make me happy. I hired Xcellent Xteriors to clean the structural gutters on my lanai in Lakeland, and they did a wonderful job! My house has a very steep roof. The gutter is located between the lanai and my house so the only way to access the gutter for cleaning is to physically stand on my roof. I have had 3 other gutter cleaning companies turn down the job because of the steepness of the roof. Louis from Xcellent Xteriors arrived on time and prepared to work. He inspected the gutter and roof from ground level and quickly determined the safest way to perform the job. Cleaning the 65 feet of gutter and two downspouts was completed and the muck and leaves were collected for disposal. Louis then cleaned off the area around my pool using my hose along with the patio area next to the lanai. Throughout the cleaning process, Louis was conscientious and professional. I highly recommend Xcellent Xteriors for your gutter cleaning. I feel they provide good value for the price and will be using them again the next time my gutter gets clogged. read more

This company is apparently OUT OF BUSINESS or soon to be. Although they have several phone numbers, they NEVER answer any of them! They also go by the name "xecellent landscape lighting" but we have found NOTHING at all to be excellent about this company. Their own website does not even provide a way to contact them???? They obviously wish to remain out-of-touch with with their customers and potential customers. Anyone can make statements and promises with advertising but only a business owner who is reliable and customer oriented will stand behind what they say. These people clearly have shown they are not interested in doing that. read more

FRAUD!!!! I am at my bank in Birmingham Alabama. This company just debited my personal checking account twice for an amount over $500.00. When I called the office number to find out why, the woman who answered the phone hung up as soon as I said "I am in Birmingham, at my bank and my debit card . . ." That is how far I got when she hung up! Obviously, she was caught and she knew it!! I am filing a police report. Under no circumstances should you give them your debit or credit card number!! read more

Xcellent Xteriors pressure washed my home on 06/16/2017. I have an issue that the company will not resolve. I have attempted to reach the company many numerous times and no response. I have attempted to reach the owner Ryan Edrington numerous times to attempt to resolve the unsatifactory issue without success.
