First day after signing the basement flooded because of the sump pump which was "new" . They "replaced it " but it flooded due to the pit not being installed correctly . Afterwards we attempted to contact the warranty company and it was told we're unable to use our warranty (HMS HOME WARRANTY)due to it being a pre existing problem for the "new heat pump " we had the hvac company who installed the system come and check it out he stated that he explained to the seller the system wouldn't work well but was told to do the work as the equipment (which wasn't new) couldn't be returned. We had to use space heaters for the winter. We were told a " new roof " was installed but we still have leaks in the house during cold weather as no ice shield was installed. The front porch was put on BACKWARDS and recently while upgrading the house we can see daylight from the basement. How was this over looked ? Beats me ! The sealer boarder was cut out and wasn't replaced; leaving a big hole into the basement . You can only imagine the chipmunk nest and other rodents . Elite termite pest control we also attempted to contact Them multiple times no answer. Sent paper to the address it came back . We drove to the address it was a house a place of residence. Just a half ass job all around . Very disappointed in the quality of work , lack of honesty , and transparency! I do not recommend this company or any other companies listed . NOT THOROUGH

The rep that came out from this company arrived on time, but that's about as good as it got. The rep had 0 personality and was downright rude to my ailing mother. He came and went to look at the dishwasher and stated that it would need pulled from the counter. Why wasn't this stated before he ever showed up? Instead, he asked if we could remove it or had anyone we could call to do so. I dont know if anyone has something they can call to do such a task at 8 am on speed dial, but we sure don't! He then told us he won't risk taking it out and damaging the flooring, so instead pulled the bottom panel and stated that he'd have to order a part to repair it. My only concern is that without seeing the whole unit, how are we certain that the correct part is being ordered. I would love to tell what his name was. However, I was never provided with a name! Man had no people skills whatsoever, and for someone who works hand in hand with customers, I think he may need a new line of work!
