This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. To begin I called our insurance to file a…read moreclaim (unsure if it would even be covered) and they made me call these people. We called to schedule them to come out and he said he was already in the area and would call us after the next job. We told him if it was after 430 we would not be home and to not call until tomorrow. Around 630 Doug called us and said he was on his way. We hurried home thinking it must be normal hours for this company if he is willing to come this late! We informed him we had a clog and needed it cleaned out. We recently moved into this house less than a month ago and did not know where the cleanout was. Every other plumber I have ever had has gotten a thin metal rod and prodded the ground to find the cleanout. This man saw dollar signs and after a quick walk around the house said we didn't have one and he had to pull up the toilet. After he aggressively pulled up the toilet he began trying to snake it out but kept hitting the toilet in the other bathroom! His next words were "Well now we have to dig up your yard." I DON'T THINK SO! By this time my neighbor had come home and knew exactly where the cleanout was. Less than 2in under MULCH not underground! I told him I wanted him gone but he was still going to charge us $198 for pulling up a toilet and NOT fixing the problem. To finish the job (or actually do the job he said he would "cut us a break" and charge $381). I told him to leave the toilet out because my father and fiance are perfectly capable of putting it back and quite frankly I was very upset at this point and wanted him gone. The next day after the toilet was put back in it now has a crack in the tank and the water line is leaking. We called Chuck Torn to address the issues at hand. He said that it is not his problem and that the cleanout was 5in underground and was also not his job to find it. He then went to say that once my fiance becomes a real f'ing plumber he can tell him how to do his job. Does that sound like a CEO and like good customer service. Not to mention they told the insurance company I only paid $100 (the deductible) trying to get more money and commit insurance fraud! Better Business Bureau is my next stop.

Terrible customer service from their front desk person all the way to the owner of the business…read more Our new water heater failed and started leaking. The water heater was under warranty was the good news, however the labor to reinstall the new water heater isn't covered. The front desk person told me that they (Enterprise) have nothing to do concerning the warranty of the water heater, that comes from the manufacturer. So how could we (Enterprise) expect the labor to be covered as well. Hmm, if your product fails that you sell, why would the customer be expected to pay for the installation again....? On top of all of that, the invoice that was emailed to me stated it took 3 hours to install, the installer was at my house for a little over an hour. So either the installer lied about his time or the owner is knowingly padding his invoices. Either way, the owner told us to take our business elsewhere.

Had a plumber out from this company two weeks ago for a plugged toilet that hasn't been flushing…read morewell. He said he "fixed" it by snaking the toilet. Yesterday, the carpet was soaked. The walls are wet. The toilet overflowed. We now have to replace the flooring and walls on one side of the house. It's level 2 or 3 contamination. I called for emergency service, and the phone person was rude and gave no date or time. Let's just say we went with a different company for the cleanup and repairs. Within minutes of the new plumber from a different company looking at the toilet, he said we should have replaced the toilet due to calcium buildup, age, etc.
