This place is the worst. They are racist. They charged me $75 per day for a rental vehicle. THIS IS NOT LEGAL. They call it commercial storage, but the state laws define what a commercial vehicle is, and its not a rental vehicle. My vehicle was towed at 3pm and when I called at 730pm the woman who answered told me that the office just closed and to call back at after 9pm. I called at 905 and the same woman answered and said the driver was on his way back to the office and to meet there. There was a tow truck driver Outside towing a car on my street this morning. The tow truck driver was outside damaging the vehicle. I called the tow truck company letting them know what was going on the lady decided to get an attitude and hang up on me after I said "would you like me to send in proof." Then mind you it's about 5:30 in the morning the tow truck driver starts calling my phone from an unknown number. The majority of people who are handicap are also senior citizens on a fixed income, especially in front of Save a Lot. I came out with a cart full of groceries to no car. Seems like predatory towing: I'm a supportive services worker with a temporary permit from the building management company to visit my client, due to covid haven't yet gone to the office to print the new pass (the old one expired less than 2 weeks ago) so wrote on the pass that I couldn't print it and to please call the property manager who issued it, whose number is already on the permit. They towed me from a half empty lot when I was inside for less than an hour anyway. The driver did a great job, he was nice and very polite so I would like to start by saying that much at least. He gets 5 stars in my book. The person who manages the company however, gets 0. Who ever spoke to us on the phone was rude, short, and to be honest sketchy. Refused to accept a check stating they only deal in cash. Threatened to basically double or triple charge us if we did not come up with cash upon delivery. We would not recommend working with this company. I would literally rather go rent a U-Haul and trailer and figure it out myself then pay these guys to tow. Not to mention they charged us $300 for a 35 minute tow, on a normal easy to tow vehicle that runs and drives. Zero hassle for the driver yet we get charged like there were special circumstances. I work in an apartment building in Dorchester that this company comes to whenever they feel like it. Our regular visitor parking is until 9pm and they are here at literally 9:01pm patrolling for vehicles parked without a resident pass. One of my residents today told me someone was trolling in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting to get someone. Come to find out, my boss went outside to look for them and they were gone, but it just so happened that they had just taken a car that had only been parked out there for a few minutes. Granted, the car was technically parked in a fire lane, but just from past experience with this company, they are brutal and do not hesitate, and WILL tow anyone to make that $$. They are indeed very rude on the phone and will only release the vehicle with cash only. I feel bad that the other reviewers were so badly mistreated by them. They seem very careless and cold-hearted and I don't know how they sleep at night or think what they do is OK. I've never used their towing service. Today I pulled into a gas station in Milton behind a Peter's Towing Flatbed truck. The truck apparently didn't have enough space for the fuel hose to reach its gas cap. I was having my own problem with the credit card reader that was malfunctioning. Cars were lining up behind me. Instead of asking me nicely to move my car, the driver of the tow truck sat there idling. He finally drove off in anger, yelling "f$&@ing c@nt". Given the reviews on this site, I'm not surprised.
