Don't do it! I own several properties and have finally pulled my business. I should have done this long ago. There are lots of tow companies and no need to put up with nonsense. A property owner should have a very simple and straightforward interaction with the tow company who posts their property. Identify a car and instruct it be towed. Trespassers are not permitted in the limited space that working class paying tenant families rent. Clary's is like the soup Nazi when it comes to towing trespassers cars. In that these requests often come at odd hours, such as when a property owner could be sleeping, any variation is unacceptable. Repeated calls are required as a rule with Clary's as their dispatchers and drivers get off track. But there is more. On multiple occasions the male who answered the phone was verbally abusive. I had enough after I called 4 times last night and checked the cameras to see the car that needed to be towed still there at 4:00 AM. This dispatcher also hangs up. I'm not sure if he is drunk, high or just simple. He cannot multitask and is beyond terrible at his job. In addition to being unhelpful, volatile and incompetent - he is also extremely disrespectful. That is more than enough Notably - when I called back this morning and asked for the verbally abusive dispatcher's name he advised me in a very AMERICAN voice it was Pablo. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. It was 7PM when I called AAA for a tow and the driver was suppose to be there in 27 minutes. By 930PM the driver still wasn't there and was nowhere to be found which was a lie. They were taking state calls and saying they couldn't find the driver so they could make more money. I finally left my car there and they still didn't show up until 1030PM. AAA waived my fee because they left me there all night waiting but AG Quealy wouldn't pick it up without the fee even though they left me there all night waiting while they took more lucrative calls. I call AAA again literally 5 minutes before this and explain the situation and say don't use AG Quealy to pick up my car and as soon as I get off the phone AG Quealy calls me to say they are picking up the car and I told them absolutely not. If you're broken down in Everett make sure you tell AAA to not use this company because they WILL leave you waiting to go make more money instead of handling their contracted responsibilities. 1 star is much more than these scumbags deserve. read more

So my car was stone dead in my boyfriend's driveway. I called AAA for a tow, 40 minutes and they said they'd text me a tracking link (which they never did). It took a little longer which I actually expected, but not too bad. I was expecting the worst, because in my 47 years on this planet every tow truck driver has either been extremely rude or impatient, and there's always been some issue. I was stressed out about my car, but OMG!!! Chris Smith from Quealy showed up and he was AMAZINGLY PROFFESIONAL!!! In the Costco parking lot with frozen food sitting in the hot sun. Car has a flat. This is obviously a horrible scenario (and you know if I'm coming out of Costco, it's gotta be a lot of food). Call AAA. AAA sends Quealy Towing, and states that it will take an hour. Quealy arrives in just 10 minutes. The guy is super nice, and the spare is on the car in just 10 minutes. I tried to put zero stars, but it would not let me. Quealy is the rudiest and least helpful tow truck company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM! I had 2 completely flat tires on my car so I called AAA to get someone to come tow my car. When Quealy arrived the driver he didn't say hello or ask how i was doing just seemed extremely irritsted that he had to respond to a call. I said hello and thanked him for coming. He didnt ask me how I was doing or anything. Just looked at me. He immediately told me he wasn't going to tow my car and he would just put my spare on then I could go get air in the other tire. I told him I had already tried to put air in the tires and it wouldn't hold so I would just like my car towed. He said it was a better idea to go with his plan and he wasn't going to tow it. I told him I wanted it towed again. He got mad at me, did not respond to me and just started throwing all of his equipment around my car. Then I go inside and luckily my husband hadn't left for work yet because he said that you can't tow an all wheel drive car with a pull behind tow truck. He worked on cars when he was younger so luckily I was able to stop the driver before ruining my car by towing it that way. AAA had told Quealy on the request that it was an AWD car and they did not car to send the right truck. So my husband called Quealy to take to a manager or supervisor to tell him how rude the driver has been and how we need a different truck. The manager was not apologetic to my husband for the way his employee was acting and then said he would send another truck if he insisted but it would take a very long time and that he should just go with the first one. Finally they agree to send a flat bed tow truck. I went out to tell the driver what was going om as a courtesy so that way he didn't keep working on setting my car up to be towed. He was in his truck. Rolled down his window for me to talk, would not look at me and then rolled his window back up without responding to me. When the flat bed arrived I went out said hello and before I could ask the driver how he was doing. He interrupts me to yell at me that I should have went with the first truck. And I told him that my car is AWD. As he light up his cigarette and blew smoke in my face he said your car is going to get damaged when I tow it so I need to sign these papers so I am not held liable. I said I would not sign that because my car is new and there is no reason it should get damaged. He said he wasn't towing it unless I signed them and that he could leave right now because he didn't have to tow my car. I said I am not signing anything and that his job is to safely transport my car. He called his boss who said if I didn't sign then to just leave. The tow truck driver said I'm not towing you. It's not my fault you pissed someone off and slashed your tires. How is that any way to treat someone? Both drivers were not only rude but also made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Thank goodness I was not stuck on the side of the road or on an abandoned road. And luckily my husband was there to prevent my car from getting ruined. What if he wasn't there? read more

Reviews are usually the sum of the the whole company you deal with but just cuz the dispatch person (the younger female) was so bad I can only give one start total. I would give no star if I could. The drivers as stated in the other reviews are relatively great to deal with. They are quick, on point, and friendly. The dispatch and the counter person (same person) is rude, unprofessional, & dishonest. I've dealt with her more then once and it's been the same on those occasions. Tow company tend to get negative reviews to begin with, but I know the auto industry and I've used them as a consumer and a business alliance so I know what I deal with from both angles. read more

The driver Dave was awesome. We had a long ride (3:00 pm - rush hour) from Malden to Tewksbury. He was nice, funny, personable and helpful in regards to the situation I was in with my car. (I only owned the car for 12 days and was leaking trany fluid and undrivable) He waited around 5-10 minutes to make sure I was going to be all set with the dealership not giving me a hard time - which they did the day before. My car wouldn't start yesterday, and I assumed it was a battery issue. I called AAA, and asked for someone to be dispatched to give me a jump. They said they would send someone within an hour. Joseph, the man who came to give me a jumpstart, was not a pleasant person to work with. While he arrived in about 30 mins, he sat in his vehicle across the street from my house for several minutes until I came to fetch him, rather than meeting me at my vehicle, and when I approached and asked if he was from AAA, he made a snarky remark that "That's what the truck says." He followed me to my vehicle, where he couldn't get the car hood open; I had to do it for him. He made a disparaging remark about how of course I was having problems, as I drive a Ford, which I found to be rather rude. He typically slurred his words together so much that I couldn't understand him, and found myself frequently having to ask him to repeat himself. Eventually, he got my car started, but didn't give me any further information about whether my battery needed to be replaced or what the issue was. He couldn't verify if the battery was in bad shape or not. I asked him if he could replace my battery, and he said he didn't carry the kind I needed (2013 Ford Fusion), which means I have to go elsewhere for battery service. This is quite disappointing, as this is one of the main reasons I wanted to have a AAA membership, to be covered for emergency battery service. The entire time, Joseph did not wear his mask over his nose (only his mouth). Additionally, he complained about his coworkers being concerned about "corona" (he actually used air quotes), which didn't instill in me any confidence that he was taking pandemic precautions seriously. I would not recommend this man, nor his company, Quealy Towing. A wholly unpleasant experience. read more

My car broke down due to no gas. I called for help and they came out to me within 10 minutes and not the usual hour or more tow companies take to arrive. I had my 4 kids in the car including my 1 year old baby and it was getting cold. The tow truck driver put the gas in my truck and let me go free of charge. I was so amazed and grateful and amazed with the service that it made my whole day. I have never received such great service from a tow company in my life. Every single other car made it through the slightly flooded street... not mine. I called AAA and when I said I had driven through a bit of water, I was told they couldn't do anything if the car was submerged. A couple of inches isn't submerged AAA! Get your stuff together. Frustrated, stuck in pouring rain and late for work, I called the first number I found. The young man was quiet, but prompt and efficient. And careful with the car getting up on the platform, even more careful with the car getting lowered.
