I recently went in for my second permanent retainer installation (I broke my first one) and I think the ladies name was Cassidy or Cassie who did mine. She was really knowledgeable and really knew what she was doing. Dr. Jarvis is the best ortho ever. I went to him from 15-20 years old and I've never had a bad experience with him, he's really really nice. They're super flexible with appointments and locations, and made my teeth PERFECT over the years. I go to college in Moscow now, and they offered to mail my retainers free of charge because I rarely stay down in Boise. They're all really nice, the environment is a little fast paced but you know you'll be in and out quick with great results. I hope I don't have to go back, but I will miss you guys

If anything breaks in your child's mouth, you will wait weeks to get it fixed, even if it hurts. The staff don't seem to monitor progress and Dr Payne rarely supervises or checks on my child's mouth during appointments. Someone should have caught the undesirable charges happening in my child's mouth if they had been looking. Appointments were under-scheduled and my child was in braces twice as long as we were quoted. No one ever bothered to communicate with me and the one time I requested a face-to-face meeting the Dr didn't show up. He went to volunteer at church instead. All of that would be fine if his work was top notch, but my kid's smile is worse now than when we started. This is what happens when someone tells you your child needs braces for the $$. I have More children and we will not be going to Dr. Payne.
