This is the best Orthodontist we been too ! Bringing my youngest brother here for more than a year now, and he loves it here if he could come more often he would he LOVES IT here. Care quality is the best here ! Very clean and super easy to schedule here as well, let's not forget the staff here is always smiling happy and cracking jokes! The atmosphere here is incredible & Chris is always happy and welcoming everytime! My brothers teeth I can say are almost straight , with him not having a full set a teeth I can say Chris worked his magic on this kido , his treatment is still not complete but I can only imagine when he's done he will have an amazing Smile. I love that Sometimes bringing my girls to the appointments is hard because their toddlers, but this office makes it easy they have a little special spot for kids and patient siblings often I imagine & also provide quarters to the kiddos for a dolphin ride on ! One of its kind orthodontic clinic!! Amazing staff and always on time! Clean facility, and true expertise in their field of orthodontics. They take care of their patients well and are good at follow ups on appointment reminders. Dr. Cusimano is a friendly doctor himself, hence, it reflects on the demeanor of his staff and the atmosphere of his clinic. I guess this is a popular Ortho clinic to go to as my daughter's friends and schoolmates come here too. Besides their great orthodontic practice, this place is a treat to be at, with a waiting room that's very welcoming... and wait until you get to the back part of the clinic where the action happens! it's like walking into an instant beach experience, with all the sharks floating overhead the clinical chairs, wetsuits and surf boards creatively hung everywhere, while surrounded by a brightly sunlit panoramic windows showcasing a creek that's just steps away from the building and a farm. Peaceful and entertaining all the same time. I wish I had my braces done by Dr. Cusimano when I had it years ago. This is a fun way and a great experience for any Ortho patients!!! read more

Dr. Chris made me wife's teeth look amazing! I'm excited to have me teeth finished by the Doc too!!! I'm 6 months in and the results are already life changing. The customer service is amazing!! He really cares about your teeth and as a perfectionist will do whatever it takes to give you an amazing smile! Everything they use is state of the art and decades ahead of others. Would not recommend this place. The staff is friendly but the overall treatment... meh. I was not happy with my teeth. They left them straight- however they are all slanted to the right so now I look like Tom Cruise. Some family members recommended me to this place and some friends of mine have also gone here and all I have heard are negative things about this ortho. I'm considering getting braces AGAIN (not here) because of how unpleased I was. read more

I just took my nephew in for an appointment with Dr. Chris... I was welcomed by the receptionist, there was complimentary coffee & tea under the tv in the waiting room, arcade style video games in the patient waiting area & more tvs in the treatment areas as well--one just showing a lovely live shot of a busy pier (California?) as well as live programming. The receptionist assured me it was "ok" for me to go back with my nephew for his appointment too! The Doctor & staff were all VERY friendly & chatty as well. We were in & out on time. Wow. Yesterday I went with my Grandson to have his braces placed on his teeth....the office is clean, patient friendly, and efficient. There are leggo blocks for little kids, coffee available for the moms, comfy chairs in the waiting room and video games for older kids. In the treatment area there are tvs for the patients to watch, a live feed from what appears to be a California pier, and an overall beach theme. His Mom, myself and his Aunt were all welcome to observe the whole procedure. The ortho tech, Gabby, was very efficient and explained the whole procedure to my Grandson. Dr. Chris showed us exactly what he was doing and informed him when he should schedule a return visit. At first he was a bit apprehensive, but they quickly gained his confidence and the whole process was very positive. He was given a "goodie" bag and instructions on the care and brushing. This office has all the latest equipment and braces today are a great improvement over years past. read more

I had a great experience with my braces here! I got them off in December 2012 and I'm still loving my smile! I get compliments all the time of how straight and pretty my teeth are! The nice thing is, I only have to wear my retainer at night, and they still stay straight! I definitely recommend going here! :) read more
