She is fabulous. She always reminds you of your appointments and goes above and beyond to get to know about you and make you feel special. Then there is my all time favorite-Peggy. She does the best cleanings and is Dr. Loukas' right hand woman. She is so friendly and hilarious. My favorite part of visiting is getting to see her. Both Dr. T and Dr. Maria are great dentists. I not only get my teeth done here but also get Botox every 6 weeks. They have great prices and do an amazing job. My 10 AM Wednesday cleaning was an absolute nightmare. Dr. Khan performed the cleaning far too aggressively, while his assistant completely neglected the suction hose, letting water pool in my mouth. It got worse when the assistant took over to polish. She was incredibly rough, piled dental materials right onto my cheek, and splattered water all over my face and neck. When I complained at checkout, the manager refused to give me the assistant's name and casually mentioned that their actual hygienist doesn't work on Wednesdays. If I had known an untrained assistant was going to do the job, I never would have come. If this had been a child's first visit, they would be traumatized. My family and I are officially looking for a new dental office. It is incredibly disheartening to see a business we trusted for years completely disregard patient comfort and basic customer service.
