The staff is super friendly and helpful. My son (3) was coming in for his first visit ever and I didn't know what I'd get. They were so kind to him, and kept him involved in the process and he did great! I also had a pleasant experience (and I don't enjoy the dentist so this was essential!). I was explained what was happening throughout the process and was met with positive attitudes all around. Dr. Castro is super nice and cool! We called this practice hoping to get a temporary crown placed until we could get back to our dentist in TX. We were able to secure an appointment for Tuesday at 2pm. Dr. Bennett is an extremely talented professional. When I think of someone who practices any sort of medicine, it is with the hope that they are doing so with a deep passion for helping people. He does this and more. He is incredibly personable and I feel very comfortable discussing any issues I have with him. Any time I have a question, he makes himself available to answer it. He is attentive, caring, and goes out of his way to ensure that I get the answer I NEED and not the answer I want. There have been multiple instances where I have had a dental question, and he has taken his time (uncompensated) to give me his professional opinion and recommendation so that I can decide how to move forward with my own treatment. If I was ever given the option, I would use this office- hands down. I know, I know, I sound…read moreobsessed like Steve Martin in Little Shop of Horrors, but it's a great feeling actually having a dentist that makes you feel as comfortable as possible. The family friendly and welcoming environment that the ladies at Dr. Nikki's have developed is top notch. From the updated magazines in the kid friendly waiting area, to the cutting edge technology they use to keep track of patient records and X-rays, it's about as pleasant of an experience as you could ever hope for at the dentist. I spent 30 years of my life neglecting my dental health due to nightmares stemming back from my youth, but since I've started going here, those nightmares are a thing of the past, and I look forward to that 6 month post card showing up in my mailbox.
