My two rear tires were at the point where they needed to be replaced, so I decided to have them done while I was up here. I purchased the tires online, they offer a military / veterans discount, and they were the exact same price as if I would have bought them in sacramento, with one *BIG* exception. It' s Oregon, so no sales tax! I made an appointment online to have the tires changed here. I come in at my appointment time, and I am met by Will. Very friendly, very personable, very thorough, the same great service that I love getting from America's / discount tire. Will checks my ID, goes out to get the information that he needs from my car, and comes back. He tells me that my car will be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. Guess what? Only a little more than a half hour later, my car is sitting at the front door, ready to go. Will and I finalize all the paperwork, and my road trip continues. One day after i picked it up the right rear brake locked up. I took it back and they fixed it for no charge. 1 year later the same brake went out completely.
