The first time there was a huge Yamaha event going on and it was crowded so I bailed. The second time I walked in and was greeted by a nice lady and then was left to browse. 25 minutes later no one else had approached me. I approached a fellow I hoped was in sales (Wearing a Power Polo like a staff member) and was told he was not a sales person and couldn't help. He walked away. I looked around and saw a fellow at the counter on the phone. I waited about 10 minutes more and he was still just laughing and chatting on the phone... I walked. Third time I stopped in with a friend who wanted to look at a KTM and was not greeted or approached at all. I checked to make sure I was wearing deodorant... check. Not sure what their criteria is to talk to customers... oh well. I found a bike elsewhere. If you just want to look at bikes it's fine. Buying? Good luck. read more

Saw a used SXS come up for sale there, waited for our days off to come out from Newberg to take a look at it, got there, sales person didn't even ask us our names or tell us his name. He said maybe 5 words to us the entire time. When I showed interest in buying it and asked if they could help on the price at all he instantly shut it down and just said no and walked away like he wasn't interested in helping us at all. That was such a let down. We were looking forward to see for a few days now. What a terrible experience. I bought a used Tahoe out there before and had a great experience and it's been one of the best cars I've ever bought and was hoping for a similar experience. That was really disappointing. After much thought, I've decided to share our poor experience with Sublimity Power Motorsports. Our 2015 Wave runner was dropped off in August of 2025 to be serviced. We didn't get it back until February of 2026. No repairs were made as they couldn't find a cluster to match our wave runner, the communication in between was poor, and when we would return the calls, we were put on hold and then told multiple times they weren't sure who it was who called us. We had originally been told that because the cluster wasn't reading that they may have to re-write it manually. We weren't sure what that timeline looked like, and they told us they would keep in touch. We weren't in a rush to get it back, we just wanted it fixed. Come February, I finally get in touch with someone who said they weren't sure who called (we were returning another service call message to someone who said they had some questions about our machine). After finally figuring out who I was, the customer service person said our Wave runner was ready for pickup, it has not been repaired because they couldn't find the part. 6 months, no repair, awful communication, and a bill of $400+ since they changed the spark plugs and flushed the gas tank. The same day we picked it up, we took it to another service center in Portland. Their quote said that 60% of what was in the gas tank was water, and the spark plugs were corroded. This either means that our wave runner sat outside in the rain for 6 months, or neither services were performed. While I had to ask for a partial refund from Power Motorsports, their wasn't a single acknowledgement of the situation. Our quote from the other service center (not related to or in affiliation with this company) was similar to Power Motorsports, however the experience was night and day. Our wave runner was repaired within 3 weeks of dropping it off. We were given text updates and phone messages, and the customer service attitude was much more positive (they even apologized for a part costing a little more than originally quoted). All in all, this review probably won't even make it to management, and if it does, it might get an eyeroll. But I am sharing our poor experience because I find it to be worth sharing. read more

I recently, contacted them on their website about selling a motorcycle to them. Since I was simply trying to sell to them, they just did not contact me. Three days later I sent in another request to sell. Still nothing. I called and talked to a salesman who told me he would get a number for me within fifteen to twenty minutes and apologized for not responding online. A day later still nothing from them. I finally just sent a message saying, how disappointed I was in how they were treating me as a loyal customer. Just tell me you don't want to buy the bike.That's perfectly understandable. I received a response from Cruz. Apologizing for having been ignored again. We were within a thousand dollars of them purchasing the bike. Couldn't quite reach the deal.So I asked about consignment. Once again nothing from him. Three days later, I finally got a hold of him by phone. He told me they weren't taking consignments. I also have no problem with that.Just tell me. ​ every time I purchased from them, they were johnny on the spot. Quick responses and I felt I got fair deals. I would have still felt like a valued customer.Had they just told me they weren't able to purchase the bike and they weren't doing consignments from the very start. Doesn't seem like the power motorsports I grew up shopping at.... Maybe it was the time of day that I came in or something but I didn't receive any service. Maybe it was the clothes I was wearing? Camo tank top, shorts and camo crocs, maybe I looked poor and no one wanted to "waste time with me"? I'm not sure... I came in at 4:30pm on a Saturday, (30 minutes before they close). I was looking at motorcycles and wandered around for 20 minutes looking for a street legal motorcycle for my wife. Some sales people were busy, and some were just sitting at computers watching TikTok's on their phones. Not a single person approached me and asked if I had any questions or anything. So I came in shopping and had a lot of questions, and I left still having a lot of questions.... Because no one even talked to me. I understand people don't want pushy salesman, myself included. I certainly don't want pushy, I should at least be approached to see if I need help though. Oh well, maybe no one wanted to work late on a Saturday and sell a bike 30 minutes before closing? Not sure... Getting 3 stars for the selection, cleanliness and organization. But missed on 2 stars for lack of customer service. I bought a 2023 Pan America from Power Motorsports on March 27, 2025. Before the sale, their service team replaced the battery because the bike wouldn't start. When I returned the next day to pick it up, it still needed to be charged (first red flag). After purchase, I took the bike to Timber Town Harley-Davidson in Salem for inspection. Their certified techs found the battery was improperly installed, causing an electrical arc. Worse, the Engine Protection Plate had been over-torqued, stripping bolts in the aluminum engine case -- a costly repair now requiring helicoils. This level of carelessness from a dealership is unacceptable. I have full documentation from Timber Town. Power Motorsports still has the chance to make this right by covering the cost of the damage. If they do, I'll gladly update this review. If not, consider this a warning. read more

I understand everything is first come first serve but I had made a deal over the past couple days with a salesman named Dennis and I was going to drive 4 and a half hours this morning to go pick up my bike. I called Dennis last night to confirm the deal as I wanted to double check because I needed to rent a truck to pick up my bike. I rented a truck this morning and he texts this morning after I rent the truck and told me they sold the last bike I was looking for last night and was trying to sell me on something else. I called Dennis AFTER THEY CLOSED last night and he confirmed that we were good to go, THE BIKE WAS ALREADY SOLD when I called Dennis to confirm our meeting. It stated off great and I was excited to have made the adult decision on the appropriate vehicle for our needs at our little ski cabin. The neighborhood up at Government Camp was awaiting its arrival for its debut as a future snow plowing vehicle. (Personal usage for 3 or 4 neighbors) How embarrassing it was to report that it had blown a hose just on its ascent onto the 12 inch rise of low riding trailer. It seemed that it had to be something minor and stupid ... but now it's an issue because they don't know if they can find the faulty part. I jumped through all and many hoops to make this deal happen and they offered nothing. I rented a trailer for the day and took out extra insurance and had to buy a beefier hitch all for what ... ? Our brand new vehicle didn't get very far. I was offered nothing but a free delivery sometime in the future. (Note, they didn't offer a free delivery they now owed me a delivery) The apology was that of an embarrassing situation. No one of higher authority (owner or General manager) came out and said "Mr Horton, we are so sorry for this and we are going to make this right and compensate you for your troubles" instead I was discouraged with "We don't know if we can get the part and we don't know how long it will take." Another thing, while I was there 5 other people drove off with major purchases, so it wasn't like they were hurting for money ... they just wanted to take more of it. I was asked in a post purchase email about my experience ... this was my experience. No phone call from owner or general manager ... still? 2 weeks later and the only person that has called me for anything was the Service manager and I was the one who shamed him into contacting me! I have contacted Mahindra in Texas and Michigan and they have agreed to that I have a legitimate complaint that will carry weight with Mahindra. I've visited this dealership many times over the years since the Salem dealership closed. I'm not really sure what they sell because they don't seem to be able to recognize potential customers. I've walked through frequently with no one acknowledging my presence or asking if they could help. Perhaps their profits are based on repairs and parts sales while vehicle sales are regarded as more of a necessary nuisance. Recently I was in the market so I decided to check Hillsboro MotoSport. I'm glad I did. Matt Sinclair gave me a firm OTD price before I drove there and I saved hundreds compared to Power Motorsports. The process was quick and simple and well worth the trip. While the listing on their website specified certain options were on the machine I had no reason to believe otherwise, could not see all options from photos, drove 12 hours to find out that wasn't the case, salesman acted like they had no clue and wasn't helpful when it was pointed out. overall super disappointed. I reached out to see they would honor their listing or find a way to make things equal, was told I was wrong when I have proof of it being listed with that option. They were not my first choice of a dealer as they were double the travel time but my first dealer did not want to earn my business as they told me I could not get financed even though I had never given them my SSN to run credit. I got a quote online and Brayden responded quickly and from the time when I filled out the credit app to approval was maybe an hour total. I made the trip and they had my new bike all ready for me. Went in to sign my papers and off I went. The entire process was a breeze and I would go back again when I'm in the market for a new bike or toy. Power, you aren't what you used to be. Turned into a Wal-Mart of bikes. We've bought six bikes from Power and this last time will be the last time we buy anything. Was not a good experience. Absolutely no appreciation for the sale. An excess of 10 employees standing around but not one was qualified to help us. Power doesn't carry any of the parts, lubricants, filters for the bikes they sell. I will be frequenting the smaller shops who actually care about the customer, and appreciate their business rather than feel like I'm inconviencing them with my $12,000 purchase. Not even a discount on some merch for buying a new bike. Even the car dealership gave us a coupon for service. The entire experience, of what should have been very fun and exciting, was awful! I will say that Jake Emery is a stand up guy, and he has always been good to us. Unfortunatly that isn't who my son talked to when he picked out his bike. The finance lady did not communicate very well. The "counter" staff was not helpful. I took my 2018 Kawasaki Mule with a throttle issue to them and it was a good experience in all areas. I wish more dealerships would follow their business model. I was able to make an appointment to have my vehicle diagnosed, I got an estimate to fix the error, they ordered the part, then they installed it. Total time without my vehicle was 3 weeks, this is while we are in the COVID supply issues. Other dealerships wanted me to leave my vehicle with them and they would store it until they could get to it. The estimated time was 3 weeks to drop off the vehicle and 4 to 6 weeks to be able to even look at it to diagnose the problems. Within minutes I received 4 automated useless marketing texts and 2 or 3 useless marketing emails. Within 24 hours there were more of the same. Here now 3 days after my first contact the useless texts and emails are still coming. Not one of these texts or emails answered any of my questions about the motorcycle. I actually dared to reply to one of the texts because there was a name associated with it. I again asked simple questions about the motorcycle and there was no response. I bought a 2022 LS MT225s tractor from Power Motorsports on June 30 2022. The purchase process was a good one! Everything after that has been anything but good. Within 5 hours on the hour meter, the transmission went out. I took the tractor back to Sublimity OR (2 hours one way) and dropped it off for repair. They had the tractor for nearly two months before I got it back. Roughly a month after getting the tractor back, it developed a significant hydraulic leak. Power Motorsports suggested I take it to Woodland WA to get repairs as they were 15 minutes closer. I did this. Woodland had the tractor for about 6 weeks before I got it back. Roughly 6 months later, the exact hydraulic leak occurred. Again, I loaded the tractor and drove the 2 hours to Sublimity for repairs. I had discussions with the service manager regarding a lemon law buy back as I've now had 3 significant issues with the tractor in less than a year (under 100 hours of operation). The sales manager stated that I needed to speak with the LS tractor manufacturer and provided me with the number. When I called the manufacturer, "Tommy" stated, this is a discussion that the dealership (Power Motorsports) needs to have with him... I then reached back to the service manager and relayed this message. She assured me that she would call him. (I do NOT believe this conversation ever happened!) After having my tractor for over a month, Power Motorsports called me to state the part is on back order (overseas) and they had no idea when the part would be shipped. As such, they stated they were going to have the "broken" tractor delivered back to my house. I asked them if there was a way to rebuild the existing component as to which the sub'd the work to Salem Hydraulics. After another two weeks, my tractor was repaired and delivered back to me. Within 3 weeks and only a few hours of operation, THE EXACT FAILURE OCCURED on the hydraulic system. Through MUCH discussion and my request for Power Motorsports to buy back the machine, I was told by the service manager that a Business Manager (Taylor Loxley from LS) stated due to the age of the tractor (1.5 years), they would not honor a buy back. This message was delivered to me by the service manager at Power Motorsports but stated that Taylor Loxley stated I could email him if I had questions/concerns and she provided me with his email: TAYLOR.LOXLEY@lstractorusa.com. I have sent Mr. Loxley 4 emails requesting a reconsideration or a call to discuss. HE HAS YET TO REPLY. As such, I reached back to the Power Motorsports service manager to verify that I had the correct email address. She has also declined to respond. I am a 90% disabled veteran and rely heavily on my tractor to do the heavy lifting around my property. I have explained this to TAYLOR LOXLEY in my emails without any response. read more

I bought a Used Dirtbike(2019 kx450) this last year from these guys. The salesman did everything I needed him to do. I called ahead and had my money in place. drome 3 hours down, did paperwork. loaded, and left. Time gap. ( 8 months ) I finally get some time to start riding again . There was no check list on what was done. They sent me one days later just to find out that less than $50.00 on parts and materials. After looking at the machine they did not lube anything. They did come to my house and picked up the machine, they called and said it was done. Got it home and found that they did not lube the drive shaft U-joints! After further review I truly believe they did not drain and refill the differentials, like they said.I am not sure what they really did! The first one was 3 years ago and I've had all my service work done with them. Victoria helped me out and wrote up the offer for $6999. (These bikes are anywhere from $6499. to $8499.). The counter offer was $7899.? I showed her the ad and the response was that they paid over $8000 for it. I also brought up the incentives being offered on it and then the response was that they would "honor" the online price?? She was obviously relaying the info from her manager. If I could give this company a -10 stars, I would. Where do I begin? We drove 4 hours to Oregon to purchase a brand new snowmobile $20k+ and spent hour on the phone with the salesman, David, researching, getting pictures and making sure it was everything we were looking for since it would more than likely the last new sled we would be buying. Well we drove to the store and upon arrival, David spent a combined total of 20 mins with us, since the sled was purchased and we were picking up. It felt like we were an inconvenience - when he took us to show us the sled, we noticed some plastic residue (packaging) that appeared stuck to the paint, and a couple stickers that had been removed. He made some excuses about it but assured us that it would come right off with a good washing. We were a little perplexed that they would sell us a brand new sled and not even prepare it for us, but we figured it was oversight and we took the sled home. When we got home and cleaned it up, we discovered a broken taillight, a stripped bolt on the taillight, and the plastic residue on the sled was a result of being left out in the weather and the sun melting it to the body of the sled. We contacted power motorsports and told them the issue. After getting the runaround for nearly a week, the service manager contacted us back and asked us ultimately with what we wanted. Long story short they ended up having to come back and grab our sled to take it back to Oregon to service it and put a wrap on it. This was after much debate and discussion, contacting the service manager, the owner, and the entire time, having to fight for customer service and doing what was right. In the end, after much self advocating, we were able to get our sled with a wrap and a pipe for our inconvenience- though we missed two sled trips that we had planned due to having to WAIT on their timeline. It was a NIGHTMARE. Especially for how much money we spent. Brandon, the service manager, eventually took over and made things right by us, but I'm sure they were as relieved as we were to be done with the whole experience. read more
