They actually drove me to Yuma, which was probably 30 minutes away and drove me back. Knowing that I needed to be in San Diego by a certain time, the "pit crew" was ready to throw my tire on so I could take off. They charged me nothing. I was flabbergasted. What a great group of guys. My serpentine belt had been making a slightly annoying chirping sound after starting up for a…read morecouple of weeks. I decided to take it to Accurate Automotive to replace. They charged me $400 dollars to replace the belt and pulley. The next day, my A/C completely stopped blowing cold air, and there were rubber shavings all around the pulley and belt. I explained this to the shop, and brought it in for them to look at. A couple hours later they texted me with a quote for $1200 dollars to replace the thermostat housing unit with $800 in labor alone. When I asked about the belt, and how that could have affected the A/C, they denied ever seeing the shavings and that they must have been from the last belt. Could just be terrible luck on my part, but it certainly didn't sit well with me. Would not recommend to anyone. I saw the shavings with my own two eyes ONLY after they replaced the belt. Shady business.

Found him here in yuma while here for work. Has a small antifreeze leak. He was supposed to replace…read morea hose on my Range Rover. Apparently that wasn't done looks like he sliced up hoses and use a cheap clamp to put hose together. I drove it once after he finished the job, and antifreeze combusted all over my car. It almost ruined my engine. I talked to him about a partial refund he agreed, if it was his fault. I took it to another mechanic and the verdict was plain to see. It was definitely a butchered job. My mechanic doesn't even think he replaced the hose looks worn out. I then had my mechanic get an estimate so I could show Michael that it was his fault. He argued that he did a great job. After that he no longer answered my messages. I had to pay Michael for parts and labor almost $400 dollars. Plus now the new mechanic. I really expected him to honor his word for the partial refund. I definitely would not have him do any work on your vehicle. He is not trustworthy.
