Lies after lies. At seven weeks, the golf cart they showed us was not even anything like we ordered. And still so much to be done. The owner tried so hard not to give us a refund, wanting to make it right and asked for two more weeks. That too came and went. 12 weeks later, golf cart still is not done. Body paint and design would take another 2 to 8 weeks. I'm done!!! Asked for my refund. No longer want to do business with this company. What would service be like?? No thank you! There were 3 elderly ladies about 3 or 4 feet away from his umbrella on the crowded Ocean City Beach at 1st Street. The Sun Fun guy yelled at the 3 ladies, saying they had parked their umbrella too close to his. The ladies said they were there first (before anyone was seated under the Sun Fun umbrella) and that it was a crowded public beach, which was all true. The guy continued yelling and even called THEM "rude" before storming away! We were so embarrassed!

When we went down there at seven weeks, the golf cart, they showed us was nothing like what we ordered. The owner wanted to do everything he could to not refund our money but rather to make it right. By August 2024, we noticed an orange warning light and reached out for help. He said he would come take a look, but never followed through. I continued to message him over the following months with little to no response--at one point only receiving a thumbs-up reaction in spring 2025, but still no actual service or follow-up. When my husband reached out as well, instead of offering to check it or stand behind the product, he simply told us to go buy new batteries. Now we're heading into another summer season and still have a golf cart that doesn't work. Very frustrating experience, especially considering how quickly communication dropped off after the sale. I would not recommend based on the lack of support and accountability.
