By August 2024, we noticed an orange warning light and reached out for help. He said he would come take a look, but never followed through. I continued to message him over the following months with little to no response--at one point only receiving a thumbs-up reaction in spring 2025, but still no actual service or follow-up. When my husband reached out as well, instead of offering to check it or stand behind the product, he simply told us to go buy new batteries. Now we're heading into another summer season and still have a golf cart that doesn't work. Very frustrating experience, especially considering how quickly communication dropped off after the sale. I would not recommend based on the lack of support and accountability.

I saw the perfect cart ! Her favorite colors and the price was extremely reasonable. So I went to pick her up and we just happened to stop back by on our way home, " just to show her what I saw". Well lo and behold they had an even better option than what I saw ! The price was fair for a practically new "last year's model". We were sold after the test drive. It had all the bells and whistles we were hoping to put on a cart a little at a time. ( maintain the budget). After it was all said and done, it was cheaper to get the cart with all the stuff already on it and they delivered it for free over an hour away ! Super friendly folks and willing to do whatever you need to make sure you're happy with your cart . We have had our cart for a couple months now and absolutely love it ! Can't recommend Island Karts enough !
