It's incredibly frustrating to spend thousands on a new cart only to be ignored when it needs basic warranty work. They clearly only care about the sale, not the customer. Buyer beware. When it wasn't done in four weeks, they at least gave us a loaner for a few weeks while I had family visiting from out of town. The one positive out of all of it. When we went down there at seven weeks, the golf cart, they showed us was nothing like what we ordered. The owner wanted to do everything he could to not refund our money but rather to make it right. Admirable, I'd have to say, however, lots of promises made, and no promises kept. Lies after lies. 12 weeks later, still no golf cart and still needs to be painted with graphic design they were supposed to be able to do, among other things. That was going to take another 2 to 8 weeks, depending upon the choice now. I'm done! Asked for my refund, which is now pending and we'll see where that goes.
