Auto Integrity did not only find the problem but they fixed the first issue that I originally had . And they out performed my expectations!! They also even cleaned the other shops Errors!! They fixed the roof, hood, sides, and trunk and everything came out really nice. They also replaced my windshield which helped a lot. They kept me updated during the whole process and sent photos while working on it, and they finished it within the time they told me. They also detailed the car inside and out, cleaned the engine bay, and even left it with a full tank of gas, which I really appreciated. Overall I'm really happy with how it came out and I'd recommend them if you're in need hail repair for your vehicles.

Also needed oil change. 1st visit: original complaint above and their recommendations were: Alignment $89.99; Brake fluid flush $76.90; Radiator plus hoses $406.49; engine air filter $32.96; cabin filter $43.94; valve cover & gasket $98.87; rear brake pads $85; resurface rear rotors $59; PCV valve $32.96 total after labor, taxes & hazmat $1761.71 and the thing still wobbles. 2nd visit for same problem: Front brakes $85; resurface front rotors $59; total after labor, taxes, & hazmat $250.88 ***Come to find out, they only test drove it on the street, & NOT on the highway like I stated in the original problem*** 3rd visit for same problem: NOW they test drive with me in the car, and see what I'm talking about. Now they tell me that ALL the rims are bent. Quote me $772.96 for new rims. Not doing it. I have been completely and utterly robbed of my ability to choose repairs needed for my situation. Family has 2 vehicles. I drive my son to & from school 13 miles one way everyday. Because they did not listen to me & test the car on the highway originally, I am going to have $200 more in gas costs a month since I will have to drive my truck & not the car. I always bring my cell and a book just in case! They have one room that looks like it could be in a home: A living room with a large couch! So, you can relax and have your vehicle's repairs taken care of the same day. Today, though, McAllen is having their Christmas Parade and Pueblo Tires will be closing at 2:00p.m. They offer free coffee so that's a plus if you need your caffeine. I've never been disappointed when I've had my vehicle repairs here.
