I would like to preface this by saying that my family and I have been members of Froggy's for…read moreyears. I've never had an issue with them until yesterday. Upon leaving after having my car washed, I noticed my low tire pressure light turned on. After driving home, I noticed that there was a small metal rod that was pushed into the side of my tire near the rim. Before entering Froggy's, my tire was completely fine. It dawned on me that the tire shine machine they have spins on that spot of your tire, so it had to have been a loose part that shoved into my tire. I noticed that the tire shine machine looked bent/broken right before I went through it as well. After contacting Froggy's, I was told a manager would be in contact with me regarding the issue. I never heard back from a manager. All I got was an email from one of their workers saying he had discussed it with his boss and that they don't think the damage came from the car wash. Is the manager that busy that he couldn't contact me? I did not go anywhere else after leaving there.. I would take legal action, but it is too trivial because it's just a tire. I have paid $30/month for years now and have given them my business along with referring many family members and friends to them. I even considered working here as well.. After this incident, I am canceling my subscription with them and letting others know about this as well

Previous owners were much better. The equipment ALWAYS worked without issue. Now brushes only…read morepartially work. The "spot-free" rinse hasn't worked in months. The blowers just blow suds inside and under your doors. The vehicle isn't rinsed. Time to take my membership elsewhere.

They brushed and essentially washed the hood & windows of my car before I ever entered the wash. Not only are the vacuums free (and GREAT suction!) but they also supply microfiber towels and window cleaner for free. Such a deal.....great value! Unfortunately, I only come this far from home twice a year to see a Dr...... otherwise, this would be a regular stop!

The basic wash does at least as good a job as the self-serve bays I have used elsewhere, and I don't have to do any work. And basically the same cost. Facility is newer, modern, clean, and maintained. The automated payment kiosk accepts cash and credit.

I also think that $20 for a laser wash could be a little steep. Wash did a decent job it's brand new and everything works as it should. Vacuums are two dollars.

I fold them up on entry and the denying crew pulls on them manually. This gets them out of time and the get stuck. I have asked a couple of times to please not do that explained if the mirror is that hard to move then go look for a button. I get they're typically young kids but the management and ownership should be training people better. So to you owner and managers you Gus need to get on top of it.

This is a perfect place for a no touch car wash. I got the Deluxe- which is their basic- and was very happy. Again, I just wanted the dirt/film rinsed off. You pull through one of the bays, select what option you'd like, enter any coupon codes you may have, and then follow the promps. I went on a Tuesday, so it was $2 off with the coupon code. Nice to see some discounts available online. If we lived closer, I'd probably get a monthly pass, especially in Ohio winter months.
