After running through it there was oily dirt smeared on the side door there was also some oily residue in the wheel well. They let me run through again and it didn't improve much. They mentioned the Underbody wash is like I misting and in middle of wash (usually it's at start of wash and really powerful spray you can feel). Ended up going to a Circle K wash and buying the most expensive wash ($14) and it did a much better wash and got rid of all the oily grime and residue. I should have asked for a refund and I am so glad I did not buy an unlimited there! I guess if your car is dirty, don't bring it here - clean cars only. See pics- the before looks much worse in person. UPDATE: if you wanted to make amends, you should have while I was still there... too little too late.

Although it doesn't completely dry your car, there is a 30 second high volume air blower to get most of the water off as you pull out.

Dad's was right around the corner and I actually over-looked it as an option at first but was happy I turned the car around and went for it. The price is affordable and what I would call standard, but the service I was really impressed by. You know in those movies where you see a local diner where the waitresses know the customers and the guy with the newspaper in the corner booth is served a fresh slice of apple pie without asking by Mel working the counter? This place has that feel. I guess I can stop the review here by summarizing -- why am I leaving a review for an oil change? Because the management was fantastic, the pricing was competitive, the location is ideal and it's a great community business to support. Boom.

Unfortunately, I've been disappointed with the consistency of the service. On multiple visits, only one side of my truck was prepped, and the tire shine that's included with my package wasn't applied. When you're paying for a monthly membership for multiple vehicles, you expect the services included in the package to be performed every time. The wash itself is okay, but the lack of consistency has been frustrating and makes it difficult to recommend.
