Only taking one car at a time. Didnt cancel my membership after setting it up to cancel. Ripped off my back windshield wiper. Terrible customer service. No one there knows anything and can't help you. Three guys standing in there clueless! Oh and their phone system is down!! read more

Bought a monthly package for my BRAND-NEW Honda H-RV and third time I used the wash it broke off the rear window wiper arm. Had to fill out a damage report which took forever because the two attendants had to keep running out to the wash to fix the conveyer belt which kept stopping and trapping people in the wash. One big hot mess and, of course, they denied the damage claim. read more

I would avoid this carwash at all costs. Had my truck run into by another vehicle because they load us up on the belt far too close together and the brushes pushed their car into mine. Also you will leave still covered in soap as the rinse portion of the wash is basically non existent. I have a membership to the wash and will be canceling immediately read more

I've gone through this car wash many times especially since I have a monthly pass. On June 24, 26 I was on the conveyor belt and a sudden jerk moved my car and a machine drop on the hood of my car. Everything stopped and the young men (kids) came out to ask me what happened, Ummmm I was on the conveyor belt getting a car wash is all I know....... They stated they may have to push my car out. Once I was outside the site manager, Subrina, took pictures and a report and said she'd get back to me in 5 days after reviewing the cameras/video and corporate would be involved. Well, its been almost 2 weeks and we've had no phone call or email. We've been up there to ask for the report and/or a call from Subrina but they can't give out any info. The police took our information on this incident. We've called the numbers from the previous complaints but still nothing. The damage is over $3000...... now what........ read more

The car wash is constantly closed or when it's opened, does not properly clean my car. As a long time customer, the wash worked much better when it was first opened. Appears the equipment is not functioning properly at times, as the wash quality is lacking. I'd staff a service tech or increase the PM schedule. Good luck! Had enough and cancelled membership today! I have been a member of this car wash for several years. When it first opened, the car wash was outstanding and did an excellent job. Over the past year, the experience has increasingly gone downhill. The car wash is only open about 75% of the time and is often down due to "maintenance". The tire shine rollers were broken for months and only recently were repaired. On 1/9/25 I visited this car wash and it was extremely busy due to a ton of snow in the area recently. The line was all the way out to the street. When I go in, I always try to leave extra space between my car and the car in front of me. On this day, a full size Bronco was behind me in the car wash very close, but I didn't think much of it. When I got to the tire shine part of the car wash, it somewhat caused my car (which was in neutral, with my hands off the wheel as instructed) to pause, presumably because the rollers were a little tight as my car went through. As soon as this happened, the car behind me blew their horn and hit the back of my car. Our cars are on a conveyor belt on both sides, this should NOT have happened and occurred due to the equipment not being spec'Ed as it should, and the car wash DID NOT stop when the car behind me hit me. I filed a claim onsite the same day, and the employees told me I should hear back in a week. I followed up with the Corporate Take 5 (because I received no communication from anyone regarding this), and received no reply from corporate. Beware of this car wash and their lack of decent business practices. Lots of other, more ethical businesses in the area. I will continue to try to recoup my losses. read more

This car wash is very frustrating!! So many times I make the trip to get my car washed only to find them CLOSED for one reason or another. Several times is has been for "maintenance". Why not do that after hours? Today it was closed because "an employee went AWOL". They need to get their act together. Don't offer unlimited car wash if you can't keep the place open! read more

Before this was a Take 5 car wash the service was Great and I recommended it to many friends. I pay for the monthly wash package but since Take 5 bought it I can't get a decent car wash. I drive a Ford Explorer and for some reason every wash leaves the back end practically untouched and I have soap on both the top and both sides of my car. I have called and left a message about this hoping they would fix it, but they have not. Take 5 has just lost a long time customer. read more

Awful car wash. Recently came here to get my car cleaned after having tons of dead bugs on it for hundreds of miles and an overpriced car wash can't do a basic job of getting anything off the car, not even bird poop. I've gotten better car washes from $3 car washes than this. I wouldn't return but it deserves a star at the least for having good vaccuums. read more

I seen 1 guy working his butt off for last month or so. Seen this guy working ALOT of hours thru day n night. This place looks a thousand times better, and he did a great job on the vacuums. Then I seem DEX loaded up his truck by himself. The manager and other employees left him there by himself. Never seen any other employee last few weeks help him out. So after talking to Dex, I decided to point him in right direction of a company who will appreciate his hard work. So I guess we will see Wadsworth take 5 back to broken,always cl9sed, plugged vacuums, and staff back to there phones, n not opening detail every morning until a customer ask them to. I'm so agitated because I pay for the monthly subscription and more often than not the car wash is closed. My car is covered with water spots after the wash and I can't remember the last time the tire shine worked. The service from the staff is great. I know I'm going to get "why not go somewhere else" but they cost more and out of my way. I try calling them and I can NEVER speak to anyone. I pay for my subscription so why don't I get a refund for every day that they're closed. read more

Only a one star for the wash received yesterday because they did wash the front and sides good. The passenger side second Reverse Hugger brush was missing. Neither Wrap around brush even touched the back of my vehicle. Presoak was fairly weak. The drying agent was also very weak so the water "sheeted" instead of beading off the surface. The Spot Free rinse acted like it was out of water, or very low. Very poor rinse. This wash used to be very good - good wash at an unhurried pace, and a really good spot free rinse that flushed the soap well and dried spotless. Fortunately, they have the free towels and spray so I could spend another half hour cleaning what was missed. Seriously re-thinking my monthly subscription. read more

Customer service was fine. The automatic car wash did not get the bird poop off my vehicle and mud was still left around the wheel wells.
