Also the floors were swept but not mopped. I contacted them the next afternoon with pictures and expressing my displeasure. I received an apology and told that they are working with new teams and retraining. That's fantastic but doesn't change the fact I'm being billed full price for substandard cleaning. Why am I paying the price for a learning curve? Newer crews should be offered at a lower price point so customers know what they are paying for. I would not hire them in the future.

The employees I dealt with are all gone. I would say even if you have to pay a bit more to choose another company.

They promised a two-week timeline and what followed was five months of frustration, missed deadlines, and absolutely unacceptable work habits. For the first three months, they showed up once a week, maybe. It wasn't until Brandon started where we got consistent work. Every single promised date came and went. It became clear they were either overbooked, disorganized, or simply didn't care about honoring commitments. When pressed for answers or timelines, we got excuses from Michael (the owner of the company) if we even heard anything from him. And the quality? Subpar and sloppy. Basic cabinet-making standards were ignored: The toe kicks on the lower cabinets are too short which is a fundamental element for comfort and design. Meaning we can't get a mop or vacuum underneath to clean. No proper structural supports in the cabinets, raising serious concerns about long-term durability and safety. Missing part of our order. We are still waiting on shelves on our lower cabinets, but since they've been paid, crickets. The final outcome was not what we had discussed or was presented in the renderings. Design choices were made without our knowing or consent. It looked like amateur hour in a high school woodshop class. We had to bring in a second professional to inspect and correct some of their mistakes. That shouldn't happen when you're paying good money for a "professional" job. The worst part? Zero accountability. Not once did they own up to the delays or the shortcuts. Not once did they offer to make it right unless we specifically called it out, and even then it was done begrudgingly or not at all. No sense of pride in their work, no urgency, and no customer service to speak of. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Don't be swayed by charm, a good quote, or promises of "quick turnaround." That's all smoke. What you'll actually get is wasted time, missed deadlines, and the headache of watching your project drag on endlessly while you chase someone who doesn't respect your time or your home. I wouldn't recommend this cabinet maker to anyone--friends, family, or strangers. Find someone who shows up, communicates clearly, and actually takes pride in their craft; none of which describe Cabinet Craft.

We used Interior Exteriors to replace all of the blinds in our house and the entire process from…read morestart to finish took nearly a year. We had an awful experience with both the sales rep, Lorena, and Hunter Douglas, the product we purchased. To share an example of our experience, during the initial install, it was discovered that the blinds for our daughter's room were ordered in the wrong measurement because Lorena entered the measurements wrong. It happens, no big deal! However, when the new blinds arrived (in the correct length), they were broken. They were taken back to Hunter Douglas for repair, but when they came back, they were more broken than they were before! We were told that Hunter Douglas could repair them again, which we didn't deem acceptable at this point and asked for new ones. This was agreed upon by all parties and new ones were ordered. Finally, we received the correct sized blinds that were functioning how they should. But don't worry, the story isn't over yet...A couple of weeks after the install, both blinds started to operate improperly when they would go up and down. We reached out to Lorena, who put in a warranty claim. After waiting weeks and weeks, they finally arrived and guess what? They were the WRONG SIZE again AND broken! It was the same ordeal all over again. We started the process in August/September of 2024 and it took until the end of July 2025 to get the correct (and working) blinds in our daughter's room. This is just ONE of the instances we've experienced through this install process. We've already had to take advantage of the warranty multiple times due to broken blinds or fraying material. Hunter Douglas sent us a card apologizing for the ordeal, which was nice, and offered us free solar chargers, which we didn't need. Four of our windows were measured wrong with the current valences we have, so we asked if they would be willing to offer us new ones to correct the failed installof 4 windows. Hunter Douglas did not deem this an appropriate resolution and instead, offered us 5% off to have our new blinds re-installed correctly. We weren't very happy with this and spoke with Lorena, who gave us the impression that Dan, their measurer/installer, would come fix his work with the valences when he brought out the latest warrantied blinds for install. Turns out, Lorena did not intend for this to be free of charge, either. When Dan came back out, he told us that Lorena said he was to give an estimate for the work to be done and for "you (Dan) to deal with them." Apparently, doing her job as the sales representative only goes so far... Just the other night, the App disconnected us from our "home" because Lorena still hasn't disconnected our home from their install process! This isn't the first time this has happened. When they setup the blinds and connect to the app, they have to transfer ownership over to us...but it seems they have failed to delete our home from their end. It is the most frustrating thing to see Lorena is still the "owner" of our home system... Lorena was kind and seemed understanding but then became very dismissive towards us. Hunter Douglas has been horrible to work with and has no quality control or customer service. We spent a pretty penny on this project and are left at the end of this as very unsatisfied customers. We were planning on having our floors done through Interior Exterior, but will be taking out business elsewhere because of how Lorena handled this situation. We also will never recommend Interior Exterior nor Hunter Douglas to anyone. Never again!!

The sub-contractor they used for the sheet-rock did a poor job at first. But before I could even complain, they called me up and said that one of their guys had been out to look at the job and it didn't meet their quality specs. So the next day the sheet-rock guys came out again and did it right. I've been in construction and I know that sometimes subs just screw things up. But the fact that they were on it before I even complained was a real treat. I would use them again if needed.

From the very first meeting with Garrett, everyone at Flat and Fancy has been professional in all aspects. Garrett was very clear on our options and worked with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department to get all the required permits in place. The crew performing the actual work was friendly, professional and kept us informed when the city dictated changes to the approved plans. They worked with the inspector to minimize the impact of those changes. The concrete work is better quality than what I've seen on a work related project where we're paying millions.... I won't mention that company by name but Flat and Fancy far outshined that work. The finished product is very nice and is exactly (less the city dictated changes...) what we needed for our home. I'll get some pictures up so you can see but we definitely recommend them.
