Initially, I was impressed with Grout Medic's quick response and fair pricing. We had just moved…read moreinto our home, and the shower was in need of serious attention as the grout was cracked, and water had begun dripping into the basement. They seemed very professional and replaced a few tiles, making the shower look as good as new after the initial job. Had this been the end of the story this would be a 5 star review. However, over the following months, the grout has repeatedly come up, requiring multiple repairs. Grout Medic has come out three times to fix the recurring issues, but their response time for warranty work has been slow, which has been frustrating. Most recently, the grout has come up again for the fourth time within weeks of the most recent repair, and it took a few days to get a response we had a no show and then a reschedule to get the repair complete. Each time we have asked them to do whatever is necessary to prevent this from happening. Overall, while their initial work looked great, the durability of the re-grouting has been disappointing, and We are very hopeful, this repair looks much better and fingers crossed it does the job.

They called 2 hours into my morning appointment window and said they could not come until after 5pm! I was furious as my whole house was torn apart waiting for them. I remembered that Purity Cleans website said they also did carpets and I was so happy with the chimney I called again. They fit me in last minute AGAIN and were here about 2 hours later. One of the gentleman was the same from before and greeted me with a "Nice to see you again!" and I remembered him. I appreciate that kind of personal service. Both men were exceptional, professional, fast, and friendly. the carpets look amazing and I could not be happier. They were a smidge more than COIT quoted me but I am willing to pay for people who show up on time, do it right, and are super nice in the process. First I have to speak to the speed at which everything got started. We used Home Advisor to find Tom on a Sunday evening and they came out for an estimate Monday morning and began work that evening! The work completed look great and we have no complaints at all. New tile, drywall and painting. Vanity, toilet and lighting installation as well. I requested to add little things here and there and he was very accommodating. The process at which he uses to show you the estimated costs, update those as the job goes on and request payment was great! His workers were courteous, well mannered, and respectful of the house coming and going during the day. We did all of this with a 9month old baby in the house as well and it was a great experience! As a way to cut down costs, I purchased all of the tile ahead of time and all the appropriate backer board, and I demolished the wood step by the tub and removed all the carpet, nails, staples, linoleum flooring and glue. Tom let me know what he would charge and he stuck firmly with that bid, from start to finish. He was very professional, easy to work with and communicated when he would be on site to work. I would highly recommend Tom to install any tile job you need. He works well and helped me install my toilet back into place and install all new trim after the tile was completed. Did I mention he put in a heated floor for me as well.....yeah.....he's definitely someone that I would hire in the future!!!! Thank you TOM!!!

The pet urine was from a sick dog not a long term issue of constant pet release in the house. So I was like ok I'll pay the additional charge. This place basically sprays your carpet with a water sprayer with chemicals and use a machine that's just stirs up the dirt. There is no retraction of the dirt in the carpet. Basically a plastics rake and scrubbing machine. Like there is no cleaning of the pad below like a truck mounted machine. Showed up in a Scion XB, really nice person but this not wha to wanted or needed. Super waste of money and don't understand these reviews... still smells like funky... basically like when some spray AXE on themselves instead of showering.
