So I had to give it a try. Unfortunately what I got was dried out meat and breading that was a bit stale. The flavor, though, was promising. I think that maybe if I got a fresh one, it would be better. Really the entire rating of this place comes down to how good the tenderloin is. If I come back here and get a 5-star tenderloin, it will get a five-star rating.

Customers and other employees were within hearing distance. The manager (dishwater blonde with a unique hair cut, short with a ponytail/bun on top) was in my opinion unprofessional and should not be in a position of authority. The young man (short hair, beard and mustache) she was scolding was standing there with two bags of trash, one in each hand. He stood there and took it. He was more professional than she was. I have been in management and this is not how you talk to or treat your employees. I am at this store several times a week but if this is their management style, I will drive further and take my business to another store.
